Garage door kept stopping and reversing whenever I tried to open or close it. Alex inspected the door and informed me that I needed a whole new door, motor, etc., and went over my options. I picked a similar door - the total was over $4,500. I called West Coast Garage Door and they changed the motor within 1 hour for $600. It's working just fine now.

I have used your service before - in 2017. Jason was the technician and he did a great job installing garage door springs. Our technician today was Alex Solano. He was also really good. He did a great job assessing our situation and made some recommendations which we decided to go along with. He fixed our problem by installing a new motor and sensors etc. He also explained very clearly what the problem was and was very intent on making our sensors work by going the extra mile. We were very impressed with him. We will always use your company for our garage door repairs and let our neighbors know too.

Very pleased with my choice to call this company for repair, The technician Brandon V. evaluated the repair and was clear about every item to be replaced since my old unit was over 20+ years and was time to replace. He itemized the items and explained everything and work was done within 2 hours. The added benefit was I had to move items/stuff from underneath the old unit that it made me do some purging of stuff especially old appliance boxes that had no use, so now the garage is a bit more uncluttered and new garage opener works perfectly.

Technician was on time . Repair work looks to be good quality. 4.3 rating is for customer service. After two new torsion springs were installed. The travel limits need to be reprogramed. Technician told me that he needed the remote to program limits. I advised him that I have four of them but did not use them and did not know were they are. He was willing to sell one to me. I told him I did not need a fifth one. Technician insisted that without remote he could not program travel limits. Repair was completed without me being able to use the garage door motor. Two hours after technician was gone I decided to read garage door manual. Page 17 says, limits can be set using remote or wall door control. I programed limits myself, go figure. Email from Chuck White , owner of Precision Door Services of Southern California ask to call him at 866 -292-4103 with any issues before posting a review. On Friday ,September 27 ,2024 , 1:54 PM called Chuck White's number and got ring no answer. At this time I do not plan on calling back this company for any other repair problems that come up with the garage door.
