My garage door was not closing. I had someone come in and said I needed a whole new garage set up. I didn't like what he said because it gave me a funny feeling he was trying to scam me. So I called Precision. Came out the same day and got it fixed in the same day. No new set up needed. Jason helped me out. He was excellent! Took care of the situation and left me with a working garage door! Thank you Jason!

I highly recommend!!! First off, with a 4 hour time frame given for arrival, Russ the technician called me first thing this morning to tell me he for sure would not be there in the first 2 hours, and then called back again 2 hours later to tell me what time he would be here. I SO appreciated not waiting around for 4 hours wondering if someone would show up. Then he took care of everything quickly and efficiently, installing 3 new batteries in my garage door openers. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Our Garage Door had Hinges on the Sides, that had been Wrongly Repaired by a Previous Guy of some other Company. Precision Garage Door corrected those & also replaced Key Components in the Door Motor. It is expensive, but fully WORTH IT ???????????? Job well done, in 88F Temps - he was Sweating Away Heavily ????????????

After 18 years, our Liftmaster expired. We replaced our existing unit with a current model and we’re happy! Super quiet and opens easily with my old fashioned wood door. It was easy and convenient to set up an appointment and, they made a visit on a Sunday. Eric Padilla gave us excellent service.

Mike said your technicians would wear masks and gloves. One did, one didn't. When we reminded them, this one guy (the older man) put the mask over the lower part of his face and then let it slide. My wife complained again, and the next thing we knew the door was closed, and we haven't the slightest idea what they did. My wife freaked out, and it spoiled my day. If the guy wants to emulate Trump, that is his problem. But he shouldn't inflict it on us.

Jason was extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my new garage door opener which was more difficult to place that normally would be expected. I was amazed that he was able to do the work in the same day and had all the necessary equipment with him. The job lasted about an hour and 1/2 and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Precision To anyone in need of anything having to do with garage doors. You could probably spend a little less elsewhere but you have to bear in mind you get what you pay for and I am very pleased at the work that was done on my garage. I'm a firm believer in paying for something wants and getting a good quality product even if I have to spend a little more. Thank you Jason for your professional and polite manner and your strong work ethic.

We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and like it plenty, but the garage door needed attention: the opener was old, the keypad code was unknown, the remotes were nowhere to be found. I had my home garage door repaired by Evan and he was amazing. His expertise, honesty and thoroughness was exceptional. I will only call Precision from here on out for any issues, and always request Evan. Also, he was very conscious about safety, wearing a mask at all times and using gloves and cleaning as he went.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So glad I called Precision. They came out same day (with two hours of my call), were HONEST and FRIENDLY. Fixed my garage door and it was VERY AFFORDABLE. Outstanding service....Had to have a whole new garage door installed. The installers called ahead saying they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come a bit early. Both were very professional and friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up prior to leaving....I have used Precision once prior and will continue to use only them in the future...
