I called Precision because my son, Daniel, told me he had been pleased with your services. So am I. My remote opener was opening but not closing the door. I had checked for obstructions but didn't find any reason for the balky door. Julian checked some things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and the door closed. I have no clue as to why, but as long as it works, I'm happy. Julian gave me three options and I am strongly considering having Precision install a new door later this fall and I want Julian in charge of this installation. I selected "opener repair" as it was the closest item on your list to what he did. Adjusting? That might be closer. Alden Loomis

WOW, AM I IMPRESSED!!!! I called this company, got a schedule that fit mine, the tech, Jacob, called me first thing in the morning to give me his ETA. Jacob arrived on time, was FANTASTIC (truly, what a great experience to have lucked into him). He was courteous, quick, and knew his stuff. A+ in my book. So glad I "lucked" into this company and this tech. A 10 out of 10 experience.

My technician really knew what he was doing. He took one glance at my garage door and spotted the problem immediately. My spring had worn out, and broken in half basically. He came out the same day the problem occurred and took care of it quickly. I couldn't ask for more.

We chose Precision Garage Door because of their reviews, and they didn't disappoint! Kyle was our technician and he did a great job, he kept us informed during the process. He needed to order a part, told us when it would be in and we scheduled the appt. He was running a bit late for our appt but kept us informed on the later arrival. Great company, if issues arise again (our door is old) we will call Precision!!

An appointment was scheduled to evaluate whether or not I needed to replace the garage opener. A technician came, assessed the situation, and identified that the opener didn't need to be replaced. It was an electrical issue that only needed the flip of a switch. This saved me a ton of money. I thank Precision Door for being sincere in their efforts to work with the customer without trying to sell something that wasn't needed. I will use this company again in the future.

Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

When the work was completed he went over the operation and what was completed. Armando should be manager of your store. He's the Man! Definitely will recommend your company Thank you Thomas Mann

At least my second with Precision in the past few years. Again, got Jason as my tech....always a pleasure. So knowledgeable, ready to explain any potential issues and just plain nice to visit with during repairs. Never any upsale or hard push for anything you don't need but.....when I do need more work, a new opener or what ever, I know who to call. Thank you!

Recommended by next door neighbor who's garage door you also upgraded. Both our doors were circa 1985. Said it'd be much less headache compared to going through Angi's List. Your guys knew what they were doing.
