Julian was professional and corrected the problem, which was a bracket installed incorrectly. This caused the bracket to rub on the cable that eventually broke after scratching the door. The warranty was only six months, and the door is six years old, so Precision charged $325.00 for the repair. Julian deserves five stars. Precision deserves 0, because they don't behind their work.

Great service. Booked appointment online on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon. They were early and got the job done asap. Had to replace the cables and rewind the spring. Julian Bacca was knowledgeable and got right to it. Works better now than before the cable broke!
