We would never try to upsell you something you don't need, and that's one of the many things that separates Precision Door Service from many of our competitors. To be clear, we are very pleased with the service and work done by Armando B, Senior Service Technician and Precision Door Service. Armando call twice before he arrived, keeping on his schedule. Once arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained in great detail the work that was going to be done. Once we agreed on the project, he went straight to work and completed his task within 90 minutes. Cleaned his work area, completely lubed and service my door, beyond what needed repairing. Everything was up front, open and honest. I previously dealt with a fly-by-night company and it was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with a professional. I would recommend this company highly and especially recommend Armando B to be your service technician. Great Job, we are thankful and pleased.

The technician, Armando was late even after a four hour window and gave me a 600+ quote for a spring when they had originally stated estimate of $100. I know you have to pay for the expertise but $600 for a spring seems outrageous. It’s like they know you have an emergency and take advantage. I rather look for an honest, fair priced company.

But depending on various factors, such as the height and weight of the door, or the types of springs you may need, the price may vary. Typically, if springs need to be replaced, other items such as bearings, torsion tubes, drums, and cables may need to be replaced as well, and that will affect the overall price. Lastly, we at Precision Door Service believe in being honest, and would never take advantage of a customer in an emergency. Our competitive pricing remains the same whether you urgently need your vehicle out of your garage, or you are casually shopping for a new garage door. In any case, whether or not you choose to use Precision, we wish you the best in getting a high-quality solution for your garage door needs.

I have been using Precision since 2012 when we had garage springs changed. We had a tune-up in 2017 and just had them replace the old springs. Every one of the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service and are on time. Highly recommended.

My garage door spring broke and I called a couple of places for estimates. I decided to go with Precision Door to have my garage door replace. Armando came down and gave me an estimate which included 3 options with recommendations and explanations about the options . I was impressed with Armandos professionalism and knowledge. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. The above reasons was why I decided to have him fix my garage. He replaced both compression springs balance the door a n made sure then door was working as intended. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs.

Technician Armando Bacca was knowledgable, helpful and friendly when he installed two weather strips across my garage doors. Because the new rubber strips were wider than the original ones on the doors he took extra time to make sure they fit properly and adjusted both of the drive motors so the additional height of the new rubber would close smoothly and not cause the elec eye to raise the doors thinking something was in the way. He arrived on time and cleaned up the old strips he removed, a great job,

I have seen commercials for Precision that left me with a good feeling. When I Googled "garage door repair", Precision was on the list. I called and got a real person who was professional and made arrangements for the next day, which I was happy about. Armondo arrived early and was very courteous. The spring on one of my garage doors failed late in the day. I could not close it with the opener or manually. I was certain it would be difficult to get somebody out to repair it. I searched for an emergency repair site and called Precision based on their emphasis on emergency repair. Armando arrived quickly and repaired the spring and did some much needed service to the door. His workmanship was excellent and professionally provided, including maintaining Covid-19 mask and distancing protocols.

I wouldnt think twice about calling on precision door service again I had a problem with my remote wall key pad that opens my garage door he was so honest with me when he told me it could be your battery is dead on it I didnt know it runs on a battery i was willing to pay to replace the whole wall unit I gave him a new battery and now it works I had another big garage door service tell me I need to replace the motor which was around $ 600.00 happy I didnt listen to him but this company has top notch service

I called this morning to schedule a tune up and was given a 4 hour window for today. I was impressed that someone was going to come out today. Armando called in less than an hour and let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived within the time frame he gave me and was very courteous and professional. Armando let me know that my garage door was in good working order.
