I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by Armando! When he came to assess the issue and realized he would need a staple gun to attach the new trim, he initially set up an appointment with another service specialist at a later date since he didn't have a staple gun on his truck. Then he called me and said he could come back in a few hours with a staple gun to complete the repair, which he did. Problem is solved, and it looks great. He was not also super efficient, he is also a very kind person. I am very happy with the repair.

I had a broken spring and a very old, not well-maintained garage door opener. Armando was very professional and made our options very clear. Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

After calling your company for a simple garage door adjustment a tech arrived at our house the same day. Once the tech was here and gave my wife an estimate of what he felt was needed. My wife instantly could tell that the tech was attempting to up sell her on services that where not needed. My wife put the tech on the phone with me and I explained that all that was needed was a simple adjustment. He tried to up sell me as well, but I told him to just adjust the door so it will open and that's it. Well, $270 later with no parts involved and 5 minutes of work the door was able to open manually. Once I arrived home it took me approx, 5 minutes to adjust the tension on the garage belt drive and the door worked perfectly. So much for your experienced tech!! The entire job would have taken probably 10 minutes if this guy knew what he was doing. I will highly NOT recommend your company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door installed less than a year ago and we were not happy with another company's replacement service. Precision Garage Door, specifically Armando, kept me informed of his arrival window, gave me an assessment of my garage door opener/battery, and replaced needed parts for the actual door. I wish I had found Precision G.D. last year when our garage door broke.
