We were very pleased that you were able to provide us with an appointment today and appreciated the call saying the tech would be able to come out earlier than scheduled. The tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing. We hadn't realized one of the springs must have already been broken before we called about the second spring. The service was great and we now know how the door should operate when it's properly installed.

My garage door was continually opening about a 1/4 of the way. I could not lift it by myself after releasing it to put it back to the door opener position. This was unsual, as I was always able to do this by myself. Today it happened again when I had to leave for work. I had to retrieve a neighbor to assist me and I was 30 minutes late for work. Precision door service was recommended to me by a friend. They came out the same day and complete the repair in 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and explained to me what had happened. When I saw the broken spring for myself, I was very grateful that it didn't break the bar. I highly recommend them for repair jobs.

Brian was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do before he began. He reviewed the conditon of the door at the beginning and said that the door was old, but appeared to be in good order. Upon completon, he explained what he had done and said that he had to add one more part (a bearing) that was missing with my old spring set. He demonstrated how eassily the door now operated with the new springs. I was very pleased with the service.

Jesus (service technician) did an excellent job on our rental unit. He kept in communication with me by phone throughout the process. He also coordinated the install time with our tenant and gave me a follow-up call when it was done. I was able to meet him at the rental, and his work and clean-up were superb.
