I planned on calling, until I got your e-mail. Sergio responded to my mothers home and when I got there he was working away. I found him to be very personable, polite, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. The door works well. He said if there was any issues, be sure to call and they would follow up immediately. You have a very good employee there. I had called another company prior, but wasn't to impressed, and this was just the phone contact. Called your company and felt like you were ready to jump in and get things done. I contacted Precision because I found their website while looking for a garage door repair facility. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours without an emergency fee. Brian showed up on time and was very professional. He identified the problem (spring) and recommended other maintenance to extend the warranty. He was complete within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend contacting Precision Door Service!

Same day service always a plus. Brian was professional, well trained and very courteous. Upon balancing the door, Brian decided to reinstall longer springs to get it just right. He talked me through the entire process so I understood what he was doing. I'm sure I won't have to worry about these springs for a very long time.

Brian R. was friendly with a VERY business attitude. I noticed your truck, hard not too. I did not check for a ID. Brian opened the garage door, verified the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. He didn't clean the garage, I guess that's my job. Good Job.

We were very pleased that you were able to provide us with an appointment today and appreciated the call saying the tech would be able to come out earlier than scheduled. The tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing. We hadn't realized one of the springs must have already been broken before we called about the second spring. The service was great and we now know how the door should operate when it's properly installed.

I found your technician, Jesus very capable in finding the problems with my garage door. He replaced defective limit switches and light beams. He did the work quickly and checked out the door for other possible problems. I would use Precision again because of their excellent response, ability to keep their appointment and address our problems.

My garage door was continually opening about a 1/4 of the way. I could not lift it by myself after releasing it to put it back to the door opener position. This was unsual, as I was always able to do this by myself. Today it happened again when I had to leave for work. I had to retrieve a neighbor to assist me and I was 30 minutes late for work. Precision door service was recommended to me by a friend. They came out the same day and complete the repair in 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and explained to me what had happened. When I saw the broken spring for myself, I was very grateful that it didn't break the bar. I highly recommend them for repair jobs.

My garage door wouldn't close properly, so I made a last-minute call to "Precision Garage Doors" (after conducting Google/Internet search). I was extremely pleased to see they were able to come to my home within 2 hours, arrived on time, and Jesus (my Tech) was very polite, explained options I had, and his repairs were performed quickly and professionally. I had options, but deciced to replace my 10 year old springs & rollers, and had some various minor repairs done on my door/motor. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door, and would definitely call them again in the future if I were to have any problems. Brian was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do before he began. He reviewed the conditon of the door at the beginning and said that the door was old, but appeared to be in good order. Upon completon, he explained what he had done and said that he had to add one more part (a bearing) that was missing with my old spring set. He demonstrated how eassily the door now operated with the new springs. I was very pleased with the service.

Having a local office was a motivating factor. Also, other companies that were called, promised call backs but failed to do so! Your service was honest, indicating that no one would be avaiable Sat. evening untill after mid-night. I told them I would call back in the morning. When I did, I was told that somone would be out between 12-2 P.M. Tony arrived at approimately 12:30-1:00. He was efficient, knowledgeble and very professional. He is an asset to your company. I will always call you guys first from now on!

I chose Precision from your ad in the Clarke directory. Normally I call several companies for phone estimates but decided this time not to go through that hassle and just retain your company and hope for the best. My window from 4-6 was not met but I was contacted by both a company representative and later the technician advising the delays. Service was efficient and your service representative was apologetic for the delay, pleasant, informative and professional. More costly than anticipated but very satisfied overall.

Jesus (service technician) did an excellent job on our rental unit. He kept in communication with me by phone throughout the process. He also coordinated the install time with our tenant and gave me a follow-up call when it was done. I was able to meet him at the rental, and his work and clean-up were superb.
