Tony P. responded in a timely manner, and went about fixing the problem with my garage door. He was courteous, and accomplished the repair in less that 1 hour. I would give Tony a 5 out of 5 stars. Tony repaired the tracks on the door that got out of adjustment and checked to make sure the door performed adequately.

I just purchased my home and needed unexpected service on my garage door. They were able to send a technician out the same day and was very accommodating to my work schedule so I didn't have to postpone getting my service done. Tony and Mark went inside the garage and saw the broken spring. They said that although the garage should be cleared (there was a lot of stuff inside), they would "make it work." About an hour later they were done, and I was able to open my garage door again. I was very impressed with their work and their professionalism. I will definitely use Precision Door Service again and will recommend them to others.

Jayson was my technician. He called to inform me that he was coming, and when he arrived he was wonderful. He did a thorough look at my garage door and suggested certain parts but let me know that a new door wasn't needed. Originally I thought I would need a whole new door, he told me it was just a couple of rollers. Saving me at least a thousand dollars! It is refreshing to encounter an estimator that doesn't try to up sale you. I am definitely going to get the work done here and will refer them to any that ask.

Jaysen was early for the appt, which was good. He called me to let me know he was coming. He did a thorough examination of the garage door opener and made adjustments to get it working again. He also recommended certain parts be replaced. I forwarded all of this to my landlord. This issue was an urgent one to fix and he did a great and timely job completing it. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jose Perea. Precision had come out a few months ago because the garage door wouldn't open . . . the technician serviced the motor then and got it working temporarily, but warned us it could possibly break again soon. And it did. Jose came out within a couple hours of my call, showed us the problem (broken gears inside the motor), quickly replaced the motor and the springs, which he had in stock on his truck, and got us back in business in no time. While he was here, I asked about installing openers on two doors on our back garage, one of which he did that day, the other motor had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in a couple days later, he was back to install that. He was extremely personable and friendly, his service was efficient and very professional, he programmed all the transmitters including the one in my car, and everything was totally cleaned up when he left. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends.
