Technician was fantastic and finished work in timely manner. Felt bad for him because it was sooo hot today. Very knowledgeable and informative. Only one thing he installed new rollers on my garage door and it was so quiet for first couple of times used opener now is squeaking and making noise. Could you have technician come back and oil or something the wheels. Liked also very much that precision was available on such short notice. Overall very satisfied

I read reviews and noticed the reviews were favorable. Dad Your agent contacted me by phone reassuring me he would arrive on time. After he checked out the system, he advised me I would need one garage door opener. The agent was thorough, neatly dressed and polite.

We highly recommend Tom Broz and were impressed with his knowledge. He replaced our years old motor quickly and thoroughly. He even reprogrammed our car clickers for us.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. My next door neighbor was have his garage doors replaced and I asked the Tec. Dan to look at my remote when he had the time. He came to my home and immediately diagnosed that we had a fraying garage door cable which could have been a very serious problem if not replaced. Dan called his office and they sent Tomas in 90 minutes, Tomas replaced both cables and fixed the remote in about 40 minutes and for a reasonable cost too. These guys are the BEST!!! Howard Bergman

Precision Garage Doors (Simi Valley Garage Doors) did an exceptional job repairing one of my garage doors. Their response time was quick and they were extremely professional. They also programmed some new remotes for me as well as programmed the remote feature in three of our vehicles. Victor, the service technician was extremely knowledgeable helpful and solved our problem is with ease. Pleasure doing business with them. Definitely recommend them.

Victor was my technician, who arrived on time as promised. He called me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, pointing out details of my garage door that I was not aware of. He offered me options, without being pushy and indicated what might need service in the future. All in all, this was an excellent company to deal with and Victor was great.

Precision is a good company however they are expensive. They replaced the limit switch on my garage door opener and charged me $145 for a small inexpensive part and 10 minutes labor. I like the company and their technician but I think that price is excessive. They have you in a vulnerable position when you garage door doesn't work and take advantage of you. I have no problem with fair pricing but that is not fair.

Would surely call them again .... in fact, this is the third time I have had them come out to repair my garage door and each time my experience has been excellent. This company was called to help clean up the mess that another company did. Mike Bernhardt was the technician and he did a great job. He was patient in explaining what had and hadn't been done. I have been using Precision Door Services for many years and then are consistently professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. I called yesterday as my door would not close, Mike was at my home within 1/1/2 hours, identified the problem within 5 minutes replaced a part in the motor that had blown for under $100. Mike checked when my last service was performed and I was late... he gave me a deep discount on the service and now my door is quiet lined up perfectly and we could not be happier.
