Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

After calling your company for a simple garage door adjustment a tech arrived at our house the same day. Once the tech was here and gave my wife an estimate of what he felt was needed. My wife instantly could tell that the tech was attempting to up sell her on services that where not needed. My wife put the tech on the phone with me and I explained that all that was needed was a simple adjustment. He tried to up sell me as well, but I told him to just adjust the door so it will open and that's it. Well, $270 later with no parts involved and 5 minutes of work the door was able to open manually. Once I arrived home it took me approx, 5 minutes to adjust the tension on the garage belt drive and the door worked perfectly. So much for your experienced tech!! The entire job would have taken probably 10 minutes if this guy knew what he was doing. I will highly NOT recommend your company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door installed less than a year ago and we were not happy with another company's replacement service. Precision Garage Door, specifically Armando, kept me informed of his arrival window, gave me an assessment of my garage door opener/battery, and replaced needed parts for the actual door. I wish I had found Precision G.D. last year when our garage door broke.

Wonderful service. What seems like a small problem can be very upsetting when you are old and not feeling well. I have been happy with the garage door since it was installed several years ago. I am very happy about the whole experience of having the door "tuned up" the other day. A gracious young woman answered the phone and set up the appointment. Excellent communication by a human being--a real pleasure in this day and age! The technician (Armando) was prompt, polite and professional, kept me informed of his timeline, explained the work and cost, and called me to say he had not turned the garage light off when he left. Armando arrived on time and was polite and professional. He didn't push us to replace anything, but took the time to explain what our garage door problem was, and what we would need to do to repair the problem. He replaced the torsion springs and end bearing plates and the garage door works fine now.

Armando was my technician and did not try to pressure me or upsell. However, for $180 (Superior charged me $132 last time and my garage was functional for 4 MONTHS!), my garage door was functional for only 1 1/2 days. I’m having to park outside on the driveway again. I decided to buy a new garage door (200 series). Armando called the person in charge of scheduling while he was here and said next week it could be installed. It is now Friday, Jan. 5, and no one called to schedule anything for next week. I am FRUSTRATED that there is no install date, that I’m having to park on the driveway, and that $180 only lasted 1 1/2 DAYS!

Armando of Precision Garage Door Service was very helpful. At first, he was skeptical about salvaging the door (I accidentally backed into it with my car when the door closed automatically), but he began working on the garage door and was able to replace the broken roller assembly and align the door to properly open and close. He saved me about $4,000, which would have been the cost to replace the entire door. Also, a new garage door would have taken 3-5 weeks to order because my door frame is not a standard size. All in all, a very favorable outcome. I was very satisfied with his work.
