We received outstanding service from Precision Door Services. I called the office on Friday evening and spoke with Taylor who was helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I received a call from Eric P promptly at 8:00 AM. He provided me with an ETA and texted shortly before arrival. Eric P explained the garage door issue and repaired it as well as performing a “service” to the garage door. Eric P was professional, patient and knowledgable. We will definitely use Precision Door in the future.

Called Tuesday 3pm, they were able to schedule someone Wednesday morning. Appreciate the call 20 minutes before arriving. techincan knew to what parts to replace. Finish in 1.5 hours, as he promised. One minor issue, I had asked them to call my cell, instead of home landline, but system did not update my contact info.

Very good service especially during the pandemic. They were sensitive to the family situation here (three generations in the house, so older, more vulnerable grandparents). They were on time, very efficient and courteous.

The person on the phone was very efficient. I stated I bought a new car and was having trouble syncing it to the garage door opener. I told her I had lost both remotes. She said that would not be a problem. The tech called in the am to give me an estimated time but when he showed up, he stated it was a waste of his time to only give me a remote and that I needed him to do service. When I restated all I wanted at this time was to sync my car to the garage door opener and had a coupon from the web site for $20 off the opener. He sarcastically stated I should use proper terms when discussing garage doors and the opener is not the same as a remote. He told me the cost of the remote and the service call and I agreed to it. He then said it would be another (approximately) $80 to set up the remote. I told him that is pretty costly for something that takes just a few minutes. He said it was because he knew what he was doing and I did not. I would be calling him back and paying for another service call if I did not let him set it up. After he left, it took me 5 minutes to sync the remote. As a woman, I will never use this company again. I am sure if I was a man, I wold have been treated with more respect.

The spring on one of my garage doors failed late in the day. I could not close it with the opener or manually. I was certain it would be difficult to get somebody out to repair it. I searched for an emergency repair site and called Precision based on their emphasis on emergency repair. Armando arrived quickly and repaired the spring and did some much needed service to the door. His workmanship was excellent and professionally provided, including maintaining Covid-19 mask and distancing protocols.

Precision installed the garage door about four years ago and I was happy with them then. The backup battery went out so I called them to take advantage of their advertisement. Miles came the same day with the battery and did preventative maintenance. He was knowledgeable and competent. I was very pleased with the service.

Showed up on time and was given a call ahead of time, all good so far. Then there 29.95 sales pitch came into play, just to show up. Thought I was getting a maintenance call for that price. Then, when I told them all I needed was a sensor adjustment the price then went down by a hundred but still $120 for a 5 minute job. I offered $50 which was accepted then a minute later not. Ended up being a waste of time on both our parts. What a way to please a customer. KEEP IT UP! No repair needed but that was not an option in their "Service Performed" section.

The best thing about Precision is that a technician was sent out to my house on the very day I called in my problem with my garage door! Talk about a stress-reliever! I got lucky with a technician named Jason who was so friendly and courteous and professional that it melted the stress away. He did a good job and now my garage door is operating smoothly. The only criticism I have is the email invoice. It is NINE pages long! Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer a one-page invoice to keep as a record of the service I received. Thank you, Susan Johnson

Broken spring on garage door. Could not lift the garage door. Could not use my car, because the garage door would not move. Precision came out. I got a phone call and text, notifying me that Precision would arrive in 20 minutes. And he did. The service person wore a mask. I got a quote, then the repair was done. Very efficient. Very courteous. Garage door now opens.

I wouldnt think twice about calling on precision door service again I had a problem with my remote wall key pad that opens my garage door he was so honest with me when he told me it could be your battery is dead on it I didnt know it runs on a battery i was willing to pay to replace the whole wall unit I gave him a new battery and now it works I had another big garage door service tell me I need to replace the motor which was around $ 600.00 happy I didnt listen to him but this company has top notch service
