In August of 2020 Precision Door installed a new door lift. Yesterday, July 31, 2022 the door lift began malfunctioning in that the garage door would go down and then return back up rather that staying down. I called Precision Door this morning and a technician came by right after lunch, saw the problem and quickly repaired the door lift. Moreover, the repair was charged as a warranty repair at no cost. In short, I received outstanding service from Precision Door and I thank you.

I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door service. They have a 7 day a week service which is a huge benefit. Not being able to get ones garage door open (with vehicles inside) on a weekend sold me immediately on Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule me on Sunday and fixed the broken garage door springs within a decent time frame. Sean H. was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

As I was watching my garage door close, something snapped, and it slid shut. So I called Precision, and Sean Hogan came to the rescue for same day service. Turns out, the motor was busted, and the belt gave way. Since my motor was outdated, I agreed to a brand new motor and belt and sensors. Sean was super friendly, professional, and very efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

The Service technician that came out to service my garage today was Sean Hogan, he was a very courteous well mannered very informative technician, my garage door was not working properly due to a malfunctioning that was a result from the prior company insulation. I had one of the cables that pulls the garage door up come off, after Sean Hogan inspection which was very thorough he pointed out things that the other company that installed the garage door unit did not do properly like over tightening the springs putting the mounting brackets in the wrong position and did not having all the screws and nuts tight for the springs which could've caused more problems than what it was. Sean went beyond my expectation and was very thorough by explaining everything that he was doing for me. he also had giving me options on what can be done to correct the problem. I will always rely on Precision to do all my work from this day forward on my garage door unit.

As is the norm, went out to get in my car for an appointment and the garage door starts to go up, then a big bang and it dropped to the ground. How do you get your car out!!!! Called precision and was relieved that they could be out the same day within hours. Sean Hogan called to update up twice, wow great customer service, then showed up replaced a spring that had broken. He was very professional, answered all our questions and is providing us with an estimate to replace our 30 year plus door. Thank you so much Sean for such great customer service. It is rare nowadays.

Mr. White, I must commend you, excellency in Customer Service is obviously priority with you and your company. From the moment I called and spoke with woman that answered the phone to the quick and efficient technician I met with shortly after, I was pleased and immediately hired Sean to install 4 new garage springs. He was so thorough, took the time to explain after assessing and cost was in budget. Once I am ready to install new garage door and unit, I will reach out to Precision once again. Sean Hogan came to help with my garage door. He arrived on time and was helpful. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask,which is very considerate these days, He explained why the door was making a squeaking noise and fixed it with no charge. He also oiled the chain for me.... When I called for service, the operator asked for my email and I told her i didnt want to be placed on an email list and didnt give my email as I intended to pay by check at the time of service.
