From the moment I called and spoke with woman that answered the phone to the quick and efficient technician I met with shortly after, I was pleased and immediately hired Sean to install 4 new garage springs. He was so thorough, took the time to explain after assessing and cost was in budget. Once I am ready to install new garage door and unit, I will reach out to Precision once again. I met with another garage company few days ago and due to lack of professionalism I did not hire them. Sean Hogan came to help with my garage door. He arrived on time and was helpful. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask,which is very considerate these days, He explained why the door was making a squeaking noise and fixed it with no charge. He also oiled the chain for me.... When I called for service, the operator asked for my email and I told her i didnt want to be placed on an email list and didnt give my email as I intended to pay by check at the time of service. So far I have received 3 e mails from you. Sean Hogan is an excellent representative for your company but I would suggest you lighten up on the emails.

I called Precision for several reasons, the first is trust. Last year a tech came to check my garage door and found it just needed an adjustment, no problems with the motor or other parts. This year I had an emergency and called what I thought was a local company to come right away. It turned out the company I called was unlicensed and fraudulent. I had Precision come back and tech Colt Baker was very helpful, inspected the work and gave me an honest estimate. It's obvious Precision takes pride in their work and the people they hire. Be careful, a number of the companies listed in a Google search are not local nor licensed. Precision did the work well and on time.

The office staff was friendly and able to scheduled same day service. The technicians were prompt, efficient, wore masks, social distanced and were kind. They explained reasonable options to fix, replace and bring equipment up to current building codes. Prices were reasonable! We asked to have equipment fixed and serviced at this time, and they were happy to do it.

From beginning (initial phone call with Lexi to schedule service for a lost garage remote), to a follow up call (Lisa), to the actual service (William), the team is 100% on point. Lexi and Lisa were patient, helpful, professional. And William! No words how good this gentleman is: first of all, his arrival was scheduled btw 4-8 pm. At 3:15 he called to ask if he could come early! Unheard of! Turned out our issue was more complicated than we had originally thought - his patience and ingenuity helped resolve the problem super efficiently. Precision Doors is so lucky to have William on their team, and we were lucky to be able to do business with him. Can’t say enough good things... a big thank you to all! If I could add more stars, I would!

We had a problem that kept re-occurring and it was really tricky to find out what it was. Victor was so patient --- he tried so many different things, plus he contacted another specialist who gave him suggestions as well. Turns out he had to re-wire the sensors, and now it appears that the problem is solved for good. Victor was very knowledgeable, described what he was doing, and was a great repairman. He was even able to come a few minutes early which really helped our schedule that day.

Technician was good. Your phone service is terrible. Tina confirmed appt two weeks ago, and told me I was first for the day. I rearranged my schedule to ensure I was available at this time. No one showed for two hours so I called phone bank. They couldn't figure out the situation and "escalated" it to a manager. Finally three hours later a technician showed up. He provided service for literally ten minutes. I paid $90 for ten minutes service, and aggravation of trying to get someone to come out and do annual check up. You need to figure out your phone bank. I learned from technician that your call center is in FL and I'm in CA. Apparently there are no local offices and technicians work for themselves. This seems to be an unusual way to do business, and certainly is not customer or service oriented. I was told two of your experienced employees recently quit. I suspect it's due to your practices.

Having used Precision 5 years ago, it was an obvious choice, especially since the previous technician taped the contact info to the inside of the garage door so I could easily find it. Excellent customer service from Ashley in the office to technicians Tony and Stanley. They were prompt, courteous and quick. Tony diagnosed the problem with the main controller and replaced it expeditiously. He then tested all of the systems to insure they functioned. He gets high marks in customer satisfaction.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

When I had problems with the garage door at my current home I remembered Overhead Garage. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up when he said he would.
