Within a few hours after our initial inquiry, a service technician arrived. Less than an hour later, the technician completed the installation of a keypad garage door opener. It is worth mentioning that Alan the technician was a standout in every way. He was competent, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was forthcoming with advice regarding placement of the device, and the overall condition of our garage door. More than anything, Alan gets the concept of customer service, and that's what he provides. He is truly an asset to your organization.

I remember the commercials on tv regarding this company. And kept it in mind for future referral. Well the need for a technician came and I did call Precision. Friendly staff on the phone and I had a technician come out to my home within 30 minutes. That was great! The technician Tony, was a friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He certainly made my husband and I glad we called Precision. Precisión will be on our “Contacts” list. Thank you, Tony (PRECISION)

Jacob came before our scheduled time, but he called and asked. He did a stellar job of changing our code for two remotes and the car. He also added a keypad which will be another option. Work was complete in less than half an hour... so grateful - our pool guy left without returning our remote thus the reason for the change.

In August of 2020 Precision Door installed a new door lift. Yesterday, July 31, 2022 the door lift began malfunctioning in that the garage door would go down and then return back up rather that staying down. I called Precision Door this morning and a technician came by right after lunch, saw the problem and quickly repaired the door lift. Moreover, the repair was charged as a warranty repair at no cost. In short, I received outstanding service from Precision Door and I thank you.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Service. The response time to my call was surprisingly quick. I was kept informed as to the arrival time of the technician, which I greatly appreciated. Eric and Miguel were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They solved the issues with my door and gave suggestions for issues that might arise in the future due to the age of the door. Very professional and helpful!

I was very happy with the service. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. I did not wait long to make an appointment. The technician was great. Called Tuesday 3pm, they were able to schedule someone Wednesday morning. Appreciate the call 20 minutes before arriving. techincan knew to what parts to replace. Finish in 1.5 hours, as he promised. One minor issue, I had asked them to call my cell, instead of home landline, but system did not update my contact info.

Broken spring on garage door. Could not lift the garage door. Could not use my car, because the garage door would not move. Precision came out. I got a phone call and text, notifying me that Precision would arrive in 20 minutes. And he did. The service person wore a mask. I got a quote, then the repair was done. Very efficient. Very courteous. Garage door now opens.

I was very pleased with your service. My call for help was answered with immediate help by a very experienced operator. On the next day I received a call informing me the repair man was on his way and he arrived right on time. I was having a problem getting the door to stay closed in my 6 months old door opener. It was fixed in a very short time, checked out thoroughly and there was no charge for the service. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it.

I called for service and within a couple of hours Armando Bacca, Precision Door technician was at our house. He quickly assessed the problem to fix our door opener. He was very informative and professional. He explained the problem and quoted the cost of repair before proceeding. Repairs were made very quickly. My experience with Precision Door was very positive and I would use them again.

I called Precision because I was having trouble with my roller door popping back up when we tried to close it with our car/remote. My technician, Victor, came the following day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, but in the end, I decided to get a new garage door opener, and I had him replace all the rollers on the garage door. Prior to Victor coming, our door was very noisy and frequently would pop back up when trying to close it. By the time he left, we had a SILENT garage door that worked perfectly. I was so excited !! It had been very loud for 15 years. I will ALWAYS recommend Prevision Door Service when someone needs repair/renewal of their garage door or opener. Great service !

Last Friday,my garage door suddenly would only open using the master opener switch on the garage wall.Neither of my 2 remotes worked and the opener light constantly blinked. I chose Precision mainly because of all the great responses and comments from other customers.An appointment was made for Sunday AM . Alex Filipovic was the technician that came out. Alex was commented on favorably on Precision's review page and he didn't disappointing.Alex was friendly,candid and professional. He found the problem which was a simple reset of the garage door opener. It was a relief to pay a fair service fee,when you have visions of motor replacement costs or worse in your mind. Thanks Alex,thanks Precision for your service and your honesty.

Definitely 5 stars!! Very prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly. Also notified me of a dangerous situation with the existing door jams and the springs so they recommended the best solution and came back and replaced the door jams which were very old and cracked. Very pleased and relieved that the dangerous conditions were resolved. New door opener works perfectly!
