This review was written 10 minutes after the work was done but it appears that everything was done quite well and professionally. The Serviceman "Dylan Falkengren" did an excellent job of explaining and showing me the problem areas. Due to our honest conversation after showing us some areas that were not quite ready for repair, we chose to replace everything but the garage door. The repair tech was on time.He did a very good inspection of the condition of my wood door and the opener. I had called for the inspection because the springs had been replaced in 2015. I am the proactive type and I would rather replace the springs when I want, not when they demand it. I have been using Precision for about 30 to 40 years and I have always been happy with their work. The "service performed" box does not allow for a note that the springs were replaced before breaking.

Within a few hours after our initial inquiry, a service technician arrived. Less than an hour later, the technician completed the installation of a keypad garage door opener. I remember the commercials on tv regarding this company. And kept it in mind for future referral. Well the need for a technician came and I did call Precision. Jacob came before our scheduled time, but he called and asked. He did a stellar job of changing our code for two remotes and the car. He also added a keypad which will be another option. Work was complete in less than half an hour... so grateful - our pool guy left without returning our remote thus the reason for the change.

In August of 2020 Precision Door installed a new door lift. Yesterday, July 31, 2022 the door lift began malfunctioning in that the garage door would go down and then return back up rather that staying down. I called Precision Door this morning and a technician came by right after lunch, saw the problem and quickly repaired the door lift. Moreover, the repair was charged as a warranty repair at no cost. In short, I received outstanding service from Precision Door and I thank you.

Technician showed up on time, quoted a total cost (without trying to add in any unnecessary work), had the needed torsion spring on-hand, finished installation and checked everything out in under 30 minutes. This type of work could be done by a mechanically inclined homeowner, but Precision Door did the work much faster at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend them to others.
