As is the norm, went out to get in my car for an appointment and the garage door starts to go up, then a big bang and it dropped to the ground. How do you get your car out!!!! Called precision and was relieved that they could be out the same day within hours. Sean Hogan called to update up twice, wow great customer service, then showed up replaced a spring that had broken. He was very professional, answered all our questions and is providing us with an estimate to replace our 30 year plus door. Thank you so much Sean for such great customer service. It is rare nowadays.

I had an emergency on a Sunday...couldn’t get my car out of my garage and anticipated needing to rent a car until someone could come fix it. Not only did Precision answer on a Sunday at 1p, but the tech, Eric, was at my home at 3p and garage fixed before 4p! I am so pleased.

Called Tuesday 3pm, they were able to schedule someone Wednesday morning. Appreciate the call 20 minutes before arriving. techincan knew to what parts to replace. Finish in 1.5 hours, as he promised. One minor issue, I had asked them to call my cell, instead of home landline, but system did not update my contact info.

Showed up on time and was given a call ahead of time, all good so far. Then there 29.95 sales pitch came into play, just to show up. Thought I was getting a maintenance call for that price. Then, when I told them all I needed was a sensor adjustment the price then went down by a hundred but still $120 for a 5 minute job. I offered $50 which was accepted then a minute later not. Ended up being a waste of time on both our parts. What a way to please a customer. KEEP IT UP! No repair needed but that was not an option in their "Service Performed" section.

Broken spring on garage door. Could not lift the garage door. Could not use my car, because the garage door would not move. Precision came out. I got a phone call and text, notifying me that Precision would arrive in 20 minutes. And he did. The service person wore a mask. I got a quote, then the repair was done. Very efficient. Very courteous. Garage door now opens.

I was very pleased with your service. My call for help was answered with immediate help by a very experienced operator. On the next day I received a call informing me the repair man was on his way and he arrived right on time. I was having a problem getting the door to stay closed in my 6 months old door opener. It was fixed in a very short time, checked out thoroughly and there was no charge for the service. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it.

I called for service and within a couple of hours Armando Bacca, Precision Door technician was at our house. He quickly assessed the problem to fix our door opener. Unbelievable!WOW! I am at aww of Precision Garage Door Technician, Hrach Ordubekyan, what a professional and a real master of his work. From the ladies on the phone setting up the appointment to work with my schedule within 24 hours, to Hrach coming to my house. Hrach not only exemplifies out of this world customer service, but he really takes it to another level. He is organized, from truck to his work ethic, he is informative and educational in his expertise. They don't make technicians in any line of work like Hrach anymore. Precision Door as a company, you can tell they support their crews, they provide them with all the tools for success. Hrach showed my options on a sleek Ipad and the line item difference and never turned into a car salesman. I went from a ziptied and end of its life Genie Chain operation to Liftmaster Belt operation with WiFi. The noise is non existent, the closing mechanism is like a exotic car. Very pleased, Very Happy and forever a Precision Customer.
