Jason was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was provided a time frame from 8 am to 12 pm. What I really appreciated was a call from Jason at 7:45 to let me know he had two jobs prior to mine. This freed me up to until 10 am or so and I wasn't sitting around in limbo waiting. Quick and expert installation by Jason.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Highly recommended! We called to get help with our garage door. They sent a technician the same day to check the issues. Armando Bacca, the technician, was very professional, polite and honest. After he did his inspections, he explained to us what are the issues and provided us with options. We ended up getting it repaired. He got the job done so quickly and we are very pleased with his service. We told him, once we have the budget to get our garage door replaced, we will sure call him to do it! Thank you, Armando!
