I was able to get an appt. that day. James was suppose to be my tech. He called to let me know what time he would be arriving. A for short time later I received a text from Miguel M letting me know he was arriving and he would be doing my garage door repair. Reason I choose Precision was due to all the 5 star ratings and now I know why! Professions, respectful and prompt. From the reception to Miles Herrera our technician. As is the norm, went out to get in my car for an appointment and the garage door starts to go up, then a big bang and it dropped to the ground. How do you get your car out!!!! Called precision and was relieved that they could be out the same day within hours. Sean Hogan called to update up twice, wow great customer service, then showed up replaced a spring that had broken. He was very professional, answered all our questions and is providing us with an estimate to replace our 30 year plus door. Thank you so much Sean for such great customer service. It is rare nowadays.
