Armando was my technician and did not try to pressure me or upsell. However, for $180 (Superior charged me $132 last time and my garage was functional for 4 MONTHS!), my garage door was functional for only 1 1/2 days. I’m having to park outside on the driveway again. I decided to buy a new garage door (200 series). Armando called the person in charge of scheduling while he was here and said next week it could be installed. It is now Friday, Jan. 5, and no one called to schedule anything for next week. I am FRUSTRATED that there is no install date, that I’m having to park on the driveway, and that $180 only lasted 1 1/2 DAYS!

Armando of Precision Garage Door Service was very helpful. At first, he was skeptical about salvaging the door (I accidentally backed into it with my car when the door closed automatically), but he began working on the garage door and was able to replace the broken roller assembly and align the door to properly open and close. He saved me about $4,000, which would have been the cost to replace the entire door. Also, a new garage door would have taken 3-5 weeks to order because my door frame is not a standard size. All in all, a very favorable outcome. I was very satisfied with his work.

We used Precision in 2009 and again in December 2023 to replace springs on our garage door. On both occasions Precision were able to come out on next business day and quickly and efficiently replaced the springs.

I told the technician that the garage door has difficulty in opening during winter time and works well during the hot weather. He did not even check the problem at all and just told us that my aunt needs a new garage door opener. I opted for the garage door tune up and I told him that I have a coupon of $99 and he said that if that coupon was sent to another address, it is not valid. From the get go, he was not honest. My aunt asked me to be with her so that they will not fool her which would be what happened if I was not there. I know you are the experts but he should have tested the garage door 1st before recommending to change it right away. It is working great now after I asked him to do lubrication. Please make sure to emphasize honesty as older folks can be victims of unnecessary services.

Anthony Carrillo, our technician, was wonderful. He was on time. Very professional. Very friendly. Totally prepared. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and I thought I knew exactly what was wrong. Anthony proved me wrong. He helped me moved all of the junk in my garage that was in the way. After everything was done, and when testing everything, he said it, "didn't sound right. He replaced the rail and it still made the noise. So he replaced everything. If there was 6 stars, or even 10, that would be my recommendation. Did I mention that he cleaned everything meticulously? It's impossible to rate an entire company based on one person's experience, but if Precision's people are all like Anthony, I wish I could buy stock in the company
