Erick was prompt in determined what had happened with our garage door, once he was able to opened up, he showed us where the issues were and he also noticed other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once the price of all necessary work was explained he proceeded to start working on the repairs and in less than the estimated time, our garage was working again. He was polite, friendly and efficient.

Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door work.

Customer Service Associate I requested a general "tune-Up" and the installation of the quiet rollers for my existing 10 year old sectional door. The customer service associate was very professional,knowledgeable and ensured all of the service information was correct before our call was completed. On-site Technicians In addition to providing excellent technical services, Ross and his apprentice , provided legendary customer service by calling a few times, prior to their arrival , confirming when I could expect them. I was never left wondering when they would arrive. The inspection, work and clean-up exceeded my expectations. I will call Precision Door Service for any future garage door needs

In spite of it being Sunday and the fact that his truck got a flat tire, Eric was exceptional in completing the replacement of the torsion spring and installing a new opener and external keypad. Our door was so much different than others that he had to figure out how to get the parts to work together properly, and he did so. Thank you very much!
