Precision is a good company however they are expensive. They replaced the limit switch on my garage door opener and charged me $145 for a small inexpensive part and 10 minutes labor. I like the company and their technician but I think that price is excessive. They have you in a vulnerable position when you garage door doesn't work and take advantage of you. I have no problem with fair pricing but that is not fair.

I had technician Tony Palmer, and he was very honest and explained exactly what was wrong with my door and how much each option would cost. He worked quickly after I agreed to have my garage door fixed. So far after a few hours it is working nicely. I hope it lasts, and I did get a three year warranty.

The installer came to my house first thing in the morning to take my old garage door off. They came back to install the new garage door. Great job. Quick, efficient. The technician (Victor) needed 2 parts to repair my garage door opener, and he had both of them in his truck. 30 Minutes, and done! Reasonable charge, too. Victor was friendly and knowledgeable.

Precision Door Service responded quickly to our request to program our garage door opener with our new car. The agent was professional, performed some maintenance on our garage door opener and had the car and unit functioning in very little time. Tony and Mark went inside the garage and saw the broken spring. They said that although the garage should be cleared (there was a lot of stuff inside), they would "make it work." About an hour later they were done, and I was able to open my garage door again. I was very impressed with their work and their professionalism. with my car trapped in the garage, I called Precision to see if they could at least get my garage door open. Although their schedule was full, they squeezed me in at a time of my convenience. The technician got my car out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a new garage door. Fortunately, Precision offers modular doors at competitive prices. I should have my new garage door within 10 days.

The guys were running behind schedule, and they did give me a call, but were about an hour outside the four hour window time they give you, so the scheduling could be a little better. But it was worth the wait. David and his partner ( sorry didn't get his name) installed a new garage door with a new liftmaster opener. They did a very professional install, and explained everything as they went along. They took their time, even on a Friday afternoon and didn't rush or take any shortcuts to finish the job. I think they were at my house around five hours. I'm very satisfied with the company, and the job the installers did. The door looks beautiful. I would use this company again and would recomend them highly. Great job guys....

I was desperate! During remodel, I misplaced the one working remote. I had another one that was iffy. Changed the batteries, tried to reset it a few times. It would work, then it would not work. I had the garage door closed and I had no other access!!! I called on Memorial Day. They took the call and gave me an appointment the next day, today, 5/31/16 between 8 am to 12 noon. The serviceman first called to confirm the appointment and showed up around 8:30 am!! No wasted day, which i really appreciated. Then he explained all that needed to be done to possibly get inside the garage. Well, he did his magic and I was so glad. OMG. If he wouldn't have been able to open my garage door, it would have been a bad situation. So I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Right the next day, right on time, and it didn't even take long for him to do the job. And now I don't ever have to worry because he installed the emergency lock on the front of the garage. They sent me confirmation with the name of the technician on his way and a link to his profile. I knew I was waiting for Jaysen. He called to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time with a big smile which exactly what I needed to see after a long stressful day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I give Precision a 5-start rating. Jaysen and his partner came out within three hours of the time I called for service and replaced the weather seal and aluminum retainer on my door. They were very nice, polite and professional and gave me good advice on the condition of my door. They finished the job in about an hour and I was very pleased with the service. Actually, what made me select Precision was my first impression with my initial phone call. The staff was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me for same day service. He quickly took care of what needed to be done in a professional manner. An added plus was that he was friendly toward my dog who just wanted some kind attention.
