Same day service always a plus. Brian was professional, well trained and very courteous. Upon balancing the door, Brian decided to reinstall longer springs to get it just right. He talked me through the entire process so I understood what he was doing. I'm sure I won't have to worry about these springs for a very long time.

The previously installed new garage door opener motor was defective and a new one had to be installed. Brian Rojas and Rayfael, who also installed a new garage door a week ago) had been out before today several times to see if the opener could be adjusted, which it could not. Brian installed the new replacement motor today and was his usual professional and courtesy self. My wife and I appreciated his being on time and efficient in his installing the new motor. Glad to report everything seems to be working as it should.

He addressed the problem, gave me a ballpark figure (at my request) and proceeded to do the repairs. He also made a few suggestions regarding the condition of the doors. I found your technician, Jesus very capable in finding the problems with my garage door. He replaced defective limit switches and light beams. He did the work quickly and checked out the door for other possible problems.
