I called to set up the repair on Sat. morning expecting to have to wait till the next week for the service. I was pleasantly surprised to be told someone would be out between 6 & 8 that evening. I received a call around 6:30 explaining that the tech was delayed, but would be out as soon as possible. Again, I was expecting to have to wait, but he arrived at 9:30 and the repair was made within a few minutes. Thank you!

I think the man's name was Mike that came to my house. He said I would need a new motor for my back garage door. I decided to have him unhook the motor & I would pull up the door myself. He was very nice. I would tell anyone if they needed this service to call you.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my garage door repair, and the technician came on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up all of the supplies from the parts he had to install. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. My garage door is in much better shape and guarenteed for 5 years. My Service Technician was J.C. who is not listed below.
