I think the man's name was Mike that came to my house. He said I would need a new motor for my back garage door. I decided to have him unhook the motor & I would pull up the door myself. He was very nice. I would tell anyone if they needed this service to call you.

So far I'm pleased with the service I have gotten.We had a problem with the new opener, but our tech Darren came back the next day, replaced the defective item and fixed everything. I hope our tech and the company stay around for many years.

Needed an estimate on a new garage door. Darren the technican even arrived earlier than the appt time. He gave me a few options before changing the whole door. He did not chage any service fee, unlike many other companies out there. I was happy with the service.

I went on the internet and saw your advertisement and was pleased that you offered same day service. I was very impressed that Mike called to say he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment even though I was unable to take advantage of that. He arrived when he said he would, was very informative of what needed to be done, the cost, and asked if I had any questions. He was very friendly and professional. I will recommend your company without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision. I had my garage door spring bust late on a Saturday night, and they were able to respond within three hours of my request made on a Sunday. The technician arrived two minutes EARLY (very refreshing) and did the repair within a half hour. He was knowledgeable and professional, and VERY personable. I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone, and have already told my family members about my experience so they know who to call when the time comes.

As you know, when a garage door is disabled it disrupts your whole life. Precision sent Brian out within two hours. He quickly replaced the cable and made some other suggestions. Basically, we have a garage door opener which has new, lifetime-warranteed parts. It is working better than ever! I would highly recommend this company, though it looks like I won't have to use them anytime soon!

Precision offered me a reasonable quote, gave me enough time to compare other companies' offers, and showed the exact quality material they were going to use. They asked only for a 10%deposit to order the garage door, where as another company offered the same quote for a non-insulated door with cheaper quality springs, smaller hinges, and wheels requiring grease and wanted a 50% deposit to order the door.

I was going to call you on Monday to tell you how fabulous the guys who came out to install my door and opener were. They were so friendly and considerate. We have recently had our garage broken into, twice, and they were very understanding of our situation and kind. The technician explained everything about our new opener to me, and they cleaned up everything. The salesman, Mike, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right door/color/opener for us. I really appreciate how great your whole team has been. Especially in light of our garage being broken into and now we feel 100% safer. Thank you
