Brian was terrific. Our garage door opener did not work. He showed us what was wrong and what we needed to fix the problem. He was efficient and improvised when something did not fit right. He was very organized and had all the equipment and tools he needed to complete the job. I received a quick same day response. The tech was friendly, honest about the repair that I requested. I then ask about the opener which he had on the truck. Having a local office was a motivating factor. Also, other companies that were called, promised call backs but failed to do so! Your service was honest, indicating that no one would be avaiable Sat. evening untill after mid-night. I told them I would call back in the morning. When I did, I was told that somone would be out between 12-2 P.M. Tony arrived at approimately 12:30-1:00. He was efficient, knowledgeble and very professional. He is an asset to your company. I will always call you guys first from now on!

Well done. Jesus was on time, very professional, nice looking truck and did the job perfectly (and quickly). You have a good business model. I also very much like the on-line photos of the people so that I know what my technician looks like - that is a great touch that no one else does to my knowledge. I only go to you guys for my various garage door needs (be it on my residence or rental properties) and this is exactly why (even if your prices are a tad more than others, and I am not even sure that is true). You pay for service and I got it. WEll done.

The coil spring on our garage door appeared to have slipped off the torque rod and the steel cables became entangled. I could not see any way to fix it myself, so I did a web search and gave Precision a call. They had a tech (Jesus) out at the house within hours and he replaced the steel cables and installed a new spring for just a little over $320. He briefed me on the repair work and showed me how to keep the garage door mechanisms in good working order for another 5 years. As an engineer I know good workmanship when I see it, so I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and family who need any garage door service or repair.

Excellent. Great service on the phone and service technician (Jesus)arrived early (and called ahead). He fixed everything necessary which amounted to re-syncing the car opener system in two cars as well as the two portable devices. I am highly impressed and will use Precision Door Service for annual maintenance and any other related needs to our overhead door

My experience with Precision from the beginning (easy to find and understand on the internet) to the initial phone conversation with the dispatcher, to the actual repair was incredibly professional and friendly. Brian, the technician knew exactly what to do to perform all the repairs and upgrades to make our garage door work like new. I went online to find a company to repair my garage door motor. Precision Door's ad was the most appealing so I called them first. My good fortune. They made an appointment for the next day, arrived within the window of time, and sent a technician that was knowledgeable and with a pleasant personality. He replaced my 25-year old motor with a quiet new one that is much more efficient than the old one. I'm am very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Brian serviced me today with three car remote programs to the opener. He has the power. Then he and I discussed an opener motor to replace the Genie I have. Ready for install on the 5th. Give Brian a larger commission.
