I've been using another garage door service company for many years but for a number of reasons decided to give Precision a try. Jacob came out today and serviced my aging wood garage door – – he checked the motor, the springs and the complete structure and gave me recommendations for the future and things to look out for – – I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use Precision.

My technician Julian was very professional and friendly greeted me with a smile. He was very knowledgeable also helped my neighbor who had a question about his garage door. He fixed my broken springs within 45 minutes. I thought I was going to just get an estimate and get scheduled for a repair but he had all the parts needed in his truck and was done in 45 minutes, didn't have to ask for another day off. I am extremely happy with my service. Definitely will use this company again for a complete door installation.

Great service. Second time. First was in 2008 when they replaced several rollers and adjusted spring. Fair price. great job preformed. Based on satisfaction from first job I had them come and .replace springs and adjust. Again another great job. If you need garage door service these are the people to contact.
