Julian did a great job of explaining the cause of the existing opener failure and they the options. I selected the side mount motor. It is much quieter, and he completed the new installation in about an hour and completely removed all debris from the original opener. Julian did a great job.

Thank you for your prompt professional service. Called before arriving to give a exact time he would be here. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from. He then fixed it on the spot with parts already stocked on the truck, and in an hour or so had it working again better than new and its quite an old system. Great price and excellent service. Julian is the man…..great employee and genuine guy! His service visit was like having a family member or good friend we’ve known for years coming to help us out with our garage door repair. My garage door spring, broke late afternoon. Precision garage door was out the next morning to take care of it. Julian showed up and knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable and had me up and running in less than an hour. Julian installed new springs, lubed everything up and made sure the door was opening and closing perfectly. 1st. Tech Jose did an outstanding job. 2d. He explained his appraisal of work needed and request for additional service recommendations based on his appraisal of my system. They were common sense, no brainer questions I asked! My garage door system was antiquated to say the least. Might be over 30 years old if not older. My compliments to Genie product, to have lasted this long. 3rd, he was, in my opinion, in the time it took to replace my system w the exception of the drive. Replaced my broken spring and I asked him based on age to replace the non broken one also. AND the rest of the system, the rod, pulleys, end wire etc. 4th. He tightened and lubed the rollers etc. 5th. Jose was very customer oriented and a super pleasure to do business with; and in my mind, I will all call Precision in the future. Thank you. Hugh Scanlon

I had a great experience with this garage door service. They were able to send a tech out the same day my garage door stopped working, which was amazing. The tech was quick, diagnosed the issue, and fixed my door within an hour. The price was fair, and the tech was professional and knowledgeable. I was super happy with the service. I only gave them 4.99% stars because there's always room for improvement, but I would highly recommend them.
