I want to say how much I appreciate the honesty of your company. My garage door would not stay closed and at first the technician thought I might need a new motor. Thank goodness he found that a hanging piece of sheet was causing the door to not stay closed. He could of insisted I needed a new motor but he was honest. I am so grateful, I would not hesitate to use your service again.

Tony Palmer was the technician that came by to perform an emergency repair on my garage door. He had figured out within about three minutes what the problem was... a broken sensor wire. He checked the operation of the door and the existing hardware. He lubricated the hinges, and guide wheels and tweaked the hinge brackets which served to quiet the door's operation considerably. He explained to me that the hinges, guide wheels, and tension springs/cables were getting 'tired' and should replaced. He also explained that a replacement door and hardware would just be slightly more than a complete service/hardware replacement on the existing door. I opted to just go with the repair service for the time being. I will be back in the future to replace the door and system. Thanks Tony, for a job well done.

Found you in the yellow pages last month when my old garage door operner went out. Called two companies. The first company that came out that same day I was not impressed with the tech. Your company was booked for the next day. I impressed with the tech., his knowledge of your product. On Dec. 2nd your tech. came out to service unit has a wire at come loose causing the door no to function properly. They gave me a time frame of 12-4. At 12 the tech called to say he was on his way and gave the time I could expect him. Even with the rainy streets he was right on time. Located the problem immediately and fixed it. Ability to get a appointment within a day is great. Tech. is very presentable in a clean uniform. He made me feel he cared about my problem. He was respectful of my property. Mike came out this morning bright and early and explained what needed to be done to replace a broken spring. He explained why it was necessary to replace them all and then immediately went to work. He was courteous and showed me what he had done, how the door was balanced properly and sprayed all of the bolts in the frame. I was very pleased with your service and more importantly Mike for taking care of this for me. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door servicing.

Chuck, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my experience with my recent purchase of two new garage doors from Precision: I shopped around comparing pricing, quality of product, customer reviews, etc., and met with several of the other companies who visited the job site and found that my personal experience with your staff to be above the other companies. My journey with your company began with Tony who from day one has gone above and beyond to meet my requests for samples and was willing to answer any and all questions regardless of how unusual they might have been. Prior to his vacation time Tony advised me that he would be gone for so many days, and that Sam the General Manager would be looking after my potential purchase and could answer any questions I may have. Sam did exactly that during Tonys absence including returning my calls into the evening to make sure my questions were addressed. It is obvious Chuck that your organization places a strong emphasis on great customer service and the necessary training that it takes to make sure this happens. My garage doors look great and I spoke to Tony this morning to work out some final adjustments on the install, and I am sure that he will make sure that everything meets to my satisfaction.
