My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. I had a Stanley garage door installed some 20 years ago. Th door worked okay most of the time except a spring would occasionally break. Stanley went out of business and eventually replacement springs were unavailable. A spring broke a few weeks ago and coul not be replaced. So I called precision and askee them to replace the old style opener with two springs required with one with spiral spring above the door. It was done on a Satuday by Adam Najajreh within 2 hours and the garage door opens smoother than it ever has. I am very happy with the results.
