Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake. I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door. He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service. I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close. Problem was electrical - with the sensors. Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door. I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again. I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Jesus was professional, courteous, and skilled. He called to confirm the appointment which was a late night emergency and replaced our springs excellently. Jesus made all the difference by explaining the costs and repair time accurately. Great quality springs, still a bargain even if someone else was cheaper.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my garage door repair, and the technician came on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up all of the supplies from the parts he had to install. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received.
