I have been using Precision Door Services for many years and then are consistently professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. I called yesterday as my door would not close, Mike was at my home within 1/1/2 hours, identified the problem within 5 minutes replaced a part in the motor that had blown for under $100. Mike checked when my last service was performed and I was late... he gave me a deep discount on the service and now my door is quiet lined up perfectly and we could not be happier. Thank you Precision door,

Jason arrived soon after our call to Precision Door Service. He seemed knowledgeable and gave us information about the garage door spring problem and our options. Once we agreed on the specific option, he negotiated a good price. The work was done efficiently and the door works well and quieter now.

My garage door wouldn't open, so I am ever so grateful that Precision could come that same day. Anthony couldn't have been more courteous, efficient or helpful -- he had all the necessary replacement parts with him and he not only did all the repairs, but he even programmed our cars to open the garage door and let us know about an app to monitor the door when we're away

Everything about Precision has been excellent. Really take care of business. Website very informative. Like that they identify who will be your service person with a photograph. Jaysen performed our garage door repair yesterday. Most professional. Explained exactly what was wrong, options to correct it (including pricing), got to work on it, completed the job and now garage door works perfectly. Price seemed most fair. Very pleased with everything!

Anthony Diaz was very professional and explained what happened to our garage door and what the options were. The best part is having the photos and names of the technician on the website. It was great to have the garage door working as I had phoned two other outfits and they were no show and one was very late and wanted payment. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service especially Anthony Diaz as they carry what's needed on their truck.

I truly appreciate the rapid and thorough service. About an hour after I called, my opener was being repaired. In a half-hour, it was as good as new. The technician even changed the rollers on both sides of the door's sliding mechanism. I live in a townhouse complex, and I intend to notify my neighbors about your service. You deserve the 5 stars I'm giving you.
