Your ad which I got from the Internet speaks volumes I was very impressed with the quick response and hours in which your service is provided (not your average 8-5) I was also impressed with how your trucks were marked and stocked and technicians shirt with your company name and a badge with a picture Your technician Martin Z was very professional and knowledgeable he was running late and always kept me informed He's a real asset to your company which I hope all your technicians would follow his professionalism If I had one negative (which I do) it would be that when your technician assesses the job at hand he work out the finial cost before starting the job I knew going in that the service call charge would be incorporated into the finial cost but the total expense of the job might be a costly depending on what needed to be repaired I was fortunate enough to have the resources others might have to find another way if they knew the finial cost up front (Just a suggestion)

We were impressed by the emailed order acknowledgment and the photo of the service operator being sent. He was courteous, intelligent and did not over-sell his services. Expectations: 1)The technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem pretty quickly. 2) It would have been nicer if he came earlier, but he did come within the 4 hour window. 3) I guess the price was OK, but it is natural to want a lower price, isn't it? Why Precision? 1. We used this company before. Other: We hope you recycle the 15 hinges which were replaced. This is really for your use, we do not want you to post this online. I planned on calling, until I got your e-mail. Sergio responded to my mothers home and when I got there he was working away. I found him to be very personable, polite, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. The door works well. I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. The repair person was friendly, and listen to my problems. The Garage doors needed adjustment, and he did a complete job. He also installed a out side garage door opener. He was on time, and dressed clean, and looked like you could trust him. called Fidel I am happy with the repair overall job. The repair cost was not cheap, but little above average. But the results is what counts. He known his work, and garage door operation very well. I would call them again. They are much better then the last Garage Door repair Company. that came to the house. I am very happy with my garage door repair. The service person estimated the repair price and the price of a door opener and did not push the more expensive opener and fixed the door so I can easily move it up and down. It locks now so I do not have to worry about my stuff. Great job!

Same day service always a plus. Brian was professional, well trained and very courteous. Upon balancing the door, Brian decided to reinstall longer springs to get it just right. The previously installed new garage door opener motor was defective and a new one had to be installed. Brian Rojas and Rayfael, who also installed a new garage door a week ago) had been out before today several times to see if the opener could be adjusted, which it could not. Brian installed the new replacement motor today and was his usual professional and courtesy self. My wife and I appreciated his being on time and efficient in his installing the new motor. Glad to report everything seems to be working as it should.

We were very pleased that you were able to provide us with an appointment today and appreciated the call saying the tech would be able to come out earlier than scheduled.
