I would recommend Precision to anyone. Jesus was professional, courteous, and skilled. He called to confirm the appointment which was a late night emergency and replaced our springs excellently. Jesus made all the difference by explaining the costs and repair time accurately. Great quality springs, still a bargain even if someone else was cheaper.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up all of the supplies from the parts he had to install. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. I called to set up the repair on Sat. morning expecting to have to wait till the next week for the service. I was pleasantly surprised to be told someone would be out between 6 & 8 that evening. I received a call around 6:30 explaining that the tech was delayed, but would be out as soon as possible. Again, I was expecting to have to wait, but he arrived at 9:30 and the repair was made within a few minutes. Thank you!
