Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... My garage door would not open, not even manually. I chose Precision due to the 24/7 customer service and the fact that it could be Fixed Today as advertised. My technician was Joey. He was professional, courteous, and noticed the problem right away. He was upfront with the cost of the job and broke everything out individually. I have had garage door problems in the past and have used other services, which were very unsatisfactory. Now I will only use Precision Garage Door Service for any other problems we encounter. Martin came out as a result of a service call request made by me due to my garage door not closing. Upon his arrival, he pointed out a number of things wrong with the garage door I wanted serviced. A subsequent appointment was made for the installation of a garage door opener, etc. I am appreciative of the fact that he detected the sundry problems which could have led to serious damage and expense.
