I found your technician, Jesus very capable in finding the problems with my garage door. He replaced defective limit switches and light beams. He did the work quickly and checked out the door for other possible problems. Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95. My garage door was continually opening about a 1/4 of the way. I could not lift it by myself after releasing it to put it back to the door opener position. This was unsual, as I was always able to do this by myself. Today it happened again when I had to leave for work. I had to retrieve a neighbor to assist me and I was 30 minutes late for work. Precision door service was recommended to me by a friend. They came out the same day and complete the repair in 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and explained to me what had happened. When I saw the broken spring for myself, I was very grateful that it didn't break the bar. I highly recommend them for repair jobs.
