Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. We will continue to use Precision in the Future.

I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car

Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

After calling your company for a simple garage door adjustment a tech arrived at our house the same day. Once the tech was here and gave my wife an estimate of what he felt was needed. My wife instantly could tell that the tech was attempting to up sell her on services that where not needed. My wife put the tech on the phone with me and I explained that all that was needed was a simple adjustment. He tried to up sell me as well, but I told him to just adjust the door so it will open and that's it. Well, $270 later with no parts involved and 5 minutes of work the door was able to open manually. Once I arrived home it took me approx, 5 minutes to adjust the tension on the garage belt drive and the door worked perfectly. So much for your experienced tech!! The entire job would have taken probably 10 minutes if this guy knew what he was doing. I will highly NOT recommend your company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door installed less than a year ago and we were not happy with another company's replacement service. Precision Garage Door, specifically Armando, kept me informed of his arrival window, gave me an assessment of my garage door opener/battery, and replaced needed parts for the actual door. I wish I had found Precision G.D. last year when our garage door broke.

After finding Precision on Next Door and reading the reviews on Precision's website, I called and made an appointment to get my garage springs replaced so the door would open. In the afternoon that same day, Julian, Precision's technician, arrived at the appointment time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He inspected my garage door and and it's opener. Gave me the results of the inspection and the options for fixing the door--replacing the springs. He replaced the springs and serviced the door and it worked great after that. Julian was friendly and positive, personable, and quick, and thorough in fixing my garage door so it works great again. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage repairs.
