We found your business through and internet search based on location and past reviews. We called on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. You sent our a repair service rep the same day who provided an estimate then fixed the issue within an hour after arrival. Had a major malfunction with my garage door. Called these folks late on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning. Their technician, Eric, was great. Very knowledgeable of the product and the installation. He worked fast and was able to install an entire new system inside of a couple hours and left the place clean. Called in the morning to have a Garage Door Spring replaced. We were very happy with the fact that the job could be performed that afternoon. Armando was assigned as our technician. He called and was able to arrive much earlier than our appointment time, which was great. He was very professional and explained exactly what was needed to be done and the options available. We were very impressed with his timely repair and excellent workmanship. Armando's friendliness made this a pleasant experience. Erick was prompt in determined what had happened with our garage door, once he was able to opened up, he showed us where the issues were and he also noticed other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once the price of all necessary work was explained he proceeded to start working on the repairs and in less than the estimated time, our garage was working again.
