Used Precision in the past and did not hesitate to contact them again for my current garage door problem (broken springs). I was very satisfied with the various options they presented to resolve the problem and to improve the overall performance of our garage door. Our technician was very professional and he completed the repair within 45 minutes. Would highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the service I got from Precision with Tony Palmer being the serviceman. He was on time after calling earlier, being very explicit about the work that had to be done with different options. The man did all the work and efficient just taking a little over 1 hour. If I ever need any more work I will call this company.

Once I was able to reach Precision Garage Door (there was an incorrect 866 number on the website) I was amazed at their service. This is the second or third time we've used their services and they are the absolute best garage door company out there. The answered the phone (once I had the correct toll free number), scheduled an appt and the tech, Russ, called and confirmed with me several times. Russ was fantastic. Precision Garage door is truly outstanding. Maybe a little expensive but well worth the outstanding customer service.

We had a poorly installed garage door opener from another company two years ago and it recently had trouble closing. After a failed assessment and the problem persisting, Precision sent us your Tech Daniel Radcliffe to service our door. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he and I tried a couple of options to try and maintain the previous motor and extend it's life. Unfortunately, after a couple of visits with some wire work and spring work (one visit at no charge), the door was fine for a couple weeks and then the problem returned. Daniel concluded that the motor had just been overworked and was finished. Our new opener works great (and installed correctly) and I would like to thank Daniel for his time and professionalism with our situation and his willingness to work with us to try and save and maintain the previous opener. I would certainly recommend him to others. Charles A. Blakey Sherman Oaks, CA.

I was completely satisfied and truly impressed with how well and quickly Sergio, Michael, and Trevor were able to remove my old garage door and install my new garage door. They were quite professional, thorough, efficient, and fastidious during the installation process. I could not be more pleased with how the entire installation went. I am also very pleased with the quality and performance of my new garage door.

Daniel was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable in determining the problem with my 20 year old Lift Master. After determining the cost to repair, I told him I wanted a new unit that he brought the next morning and had installed in less than 2 hours. The door opener works great and will easily outlive me. I would gladly recommend anyone to use the service of Precision Door Service and give you 5 stars.

Due to a broken spring, our cars were trapped in the garage. Could not open door even manually. Called Precision at 11:00pm on a Friday night, and made an appointment for 8:00am on Sunday morning. Jaysen was here right on time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He changed the springs and serviced the door within 90 minutes. I was very impressed with Precision. Excellent phone staff and Jaysen was a credit to the company.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

Expert technician who showed and thoroughly explained the problem causing the door to jam. Also reprogrammed 3 vehicles for which I thought the additional price was expensive but he did it a lot faster than I would have, so, ok.
