i can always count on precision to come in a prompt manner whenever i have called. i started using them several years ago when i had a problem with my door not closing. it was around 9 o'clock at night & i checked the yellow pages for someone who had 24 hr service. i called them & within 30 minutes they were at my home repairing several items. i have used them ever sense.

I truly appreciate the rapid and thorough service. About an hour after I called, my opener was being repaired. In a half-hour, it was as good as new. The technician even changed the rollers on both sides of the door's sliding mechanism. I live in a townhouse complex, and I intend to notify my neighbors about your service. Jayson was my technician. He called to inform me that he was coming, and when he arrived he was wonderful. He did a thorough look at my garage door and suggested certain parts but let me know that a new door wasn't needed. Originally I thought I would need a whole new door, he told me it was just a couple of rollers. Saving me at least a thousand dollars! It is refreshing to encounter an estimator that doesn't try to up sale you. I am definitely going to get the work done here and will refer them to any that ask.
