I can't fully comment as pieces/parts have to be ordered and the work on my garage door is not done as yet, but I did meet Anthony and was pleased to do so. He was pleasant and seemed to know exactly what the problem is and what to do about it. I can't say I'm happy about the cost but I do understand there's a lot of work involved.

Now that one of the 4 springs just broke and I did not hesitate to call on them again. The technician this time was Tony P. and he was courteous, efficient, and did a good job.

Tony Palmer and his assistant did a great job installing my new LiftMaster garage door opener. So far it is working beautifully and I really appreciate how quiet it is. They took the time to make sure that everything got programmed and was working properly, including my car. It was an excellent service call with two skilled and personable young men.

We have used Precision Door Service for many years. This company is honest, reliable and the technicians are professional. Today, we had a complete rebuild package service on our door which gets extensive use with 4 drivers coming and going. Mike Bernhardt was our technician. He was wonderful, friendly, and highly competent. He made the necessary repairs and reviewed everything that was done with us. Again, this is not one of those "fly-by-night' companies that promise you the world.

I had a quote last August that I never acted on. The same 2 guys came out today. Gave me a new quote explained I was getting a discount because I had the paperwork from last August. Very personable and professional. I didn't feel like just another customer. They pet my bulldog and I talked to one of the guys about my dog and his dogs. These 2 guys work very well together. They explained everything and what to expect next.

I called early Monday morning for an appt. with an installer, and several hours later two very courteous and professional gentlemen were at our house to measure for a new garage door. Four days later the garage door and opener were installed, and the old wood door was hauled away. Amazing service, amazing professionalism, all questions and concerns answered, and the price was right!!! Thank you Precision Door Service!

I am very pleased with the tune-up that was done yesterday by Daniel and his partner. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I also received and printed the invoice, however, Daniel was going to request my invoice from Sept. 2010, In 2010, I called your company and they had to replace my motor with a LiftMaster. I had a Genie, installed with new garage door in 1997. That motor lasted many years and I would like to have a copy of the invoice and guarantee of the motor you replaced. I always keep my bills, but have no proof of purchase. You sent me a document with 7 attachments and I know all I need is 1 or 2 pages at the most. I was happy you sent me the card with the tune-up info as my garage door was making quite a bit of noise and needed servicing. By any chance, is your company owned by different people than 2010? Definitely a five star rating! Precision and most importantly their technician, Daniel Radcliffe, were wonderful from start to finish. We called on a Sunday at 4:15 pm after a major breakdown on the cable of our old unit. Daniel was able to install a new, far superior garage door opener immediately, haul the old one away, instruct us on the new unit, install a light bulb, and connect the remote mechanism to our cars. Daniel was very informative and his work was exceptional and much appreciated. It was a pleasant and efficient experience from the initial phone call to the completed installation.

This is the second time I had Mike service a garage door problem for me. Again he did a really outstanding job. Took the time to explain new opener and it's features. Was very thorough in cleaning up, and took all away all old parts and any boxes etc that were left after the installation of the new opener.

Mike's expert knowledge, professional demeanor, and friendly disposition made his time with us much better than expected. His willingness to work with us, and help from his office made the whole experience one we are happy to share. I know Mike will be there to assist us with any future problems. I was extremely pleased with Precision Door Service. They came out right away and gave me a brochure and quote for a new garage door. The door was ordered and the they delivered it the next day. Luis came out and was very professional and friendly. It took him about an hour and a half to take down the old door and hang the new one. My son's car was in the garage (non-operational and had a dead battery) Luis and I were able to push and steer it out and he was so kind to push it back in. Great guy. The new door is the insulated metal and is so quiet. It looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company and give Luis a '5+' Star rating. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I'm not sure if i wrote down the correct product. We were very happy with our technician- Daniel- and the wprk he performed. He got to our house in the time alloted by your company. There are a LOT of companies where that doesn't happe, so a big plus right there! he was up front and honest about what we needs. He gave us several options and my husband was very pleased with the finished work.
