Daniel was early to the appointment and called twice to let me know he was on his way. This attentiveness and courtesy to me set the tone for the actual arrival and work that was done. His explanations of the problem, the solution and the operation of the newly installed equipment were clear and thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know. He offered to calibrate the door opening system in my cars. His last question was whether I had questions. He was quick, efficient, professional and friendly.

I requested an estimate to replace my current door. The person sent called me bofore arriving. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good ideas on what time of door to order based on my use for the garage. I ordered a door based on his recommendations. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment before the installation was completed and it was difficult for the technician to explain anything to my 94 year old husband, so I called Precision and a technician is coming by tomorrow to explain a few things and to bring me another door opener. Jaime the tech was professional, efficient and has excellent costumer service skills. If I had the opportunity to deal with him as well as Chuck White directly I would recommend your company to everybody I know. However, I had such a negative experience with the office staff it took everything I had not to go to social media and write about it. I was given a service time that was impossible for your techs to meet, and then given explanations that contradicted other explanations. Honesty is number 1 when it comes to customer care. Treat the customer with respect and you'll gain 10 more. Your support staff clearly doesn't understand that concept.

The technician was knowledgeable and did not try to hard sell me on what I did not need. He called before arriving so I could be there. Very professional service. My one complaint was that my garage spring had broke on Saturday night. My car was trapped in the studio garage. No technicians were available to help. I had to ask my office manager for a lift home since my husband was working out of town. Not being able to get the help I needed that night, caused me to be without a car, which caused other problems. If your motto is 24/7 service, please be sure to have the manpower to back it up.

Mike put on mew springs, rollers, cables and other things on the door. My garage door had never been serviced. He also balanced the door which was part of the problem why the remote control wasn't working properly. I was very pleased with Mike taking the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. He was pleasant, knew his trade. He called to tell me about when he would arrive within the window time. No complaints.

Martin arrived on time and serviced my double garage door which had been sticking and binding-works great now. He didn't try to up-sell me but did mention my single garage door spring was very old and could break in the near future. I had him install a new spring and the entire job was done in about 45 minutes. very efficient and had all the parts for whatever needed to be done. Have also been very happy with the Precision garage door motor that was installed a couple of years ago. Garage door is so quiet now I can't sneak in late at night!

What a wonderful company! I found Precision online and was very impressed with their reviews. Mike arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a minute. The torsion spring was broken and replaced. Mike suggested we replace the lift bearing plates and the nylon rollers. Our garage door has NEVER been quieter. Mike installed a new bottom seal and screwed the seal into the door. The new seal now covers the door bottom COMPLETELY and will not shrink and leave a gap on both sides like the old one did. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Precision Garage Door. They have a customer for life!
