This is the second time I’ve had Julian Bacca come out to make a door adjustment. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and thorough. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for him because he did such a great job the last time. I’m glad he had time today to come by and I would recommend him anytime.

Julian did an excellent job installing my new replacement garage door opener. He was thorough and fastidious while he worked. He explained everything that he was doing in great detail as he completed the installation. He also explained to me all of the options that were available to me with the various garage door openers that I could choose from which helped me make an informed decision.

Precision installed a garage door opener for me in 2016. I requested a garage door tune-up and estimate to replace older opener on 3rd garage

The service provided by garage door technician Julian & Mathew was excellent. They were both clean and well dressed. Julian was very good at communicating and trouble shooting the problems with my garage door opener. I was skeptical at first thinking the technician would push replacing the opener. Instead I was pleasantly surprised with his ability to pin point the problem and saying it was all fixable. I will definitely keep Precision Door Service as my garage door people and will recommend to all of my friends, family and customers. Thank you very very much. - Carlos Ramirez

Very dissatisfied with the repair. The repair has created a worse, new problem. 4 days and 4 use later, my garage door has pulled away from the track on the opposite side and has stopped mid-way. It won’t go up nor down. I’m not even able to use the emergency release. Part of why I selected Precision is because they advertise that they offer 24hr emergency service. Not true. They have a live answering service that just takes messages. I was told no one would respond to my emergency until the next business day. My property is no longer secure due to this problem nor will we have access to our vehicle to go to work in the morning.

Julien came on an “emergency “ last minute repair call. He was on time, helpful, and repaired the problem quickly. I had him add a key pad to the exterior door frame, check the springs and add two new remotes. He finished everything in 20 minutes. Definitely a five star rating. Thank you, Precision! I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car
