OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

We had a great experience with Julian. He was very professional, on time and pleasant. We also used Precision Garage for our home in Granada Hills, they installed a brand new door back in approximately 2006, still working great! We had our Torsion Spring replaced today. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage. I really appreciate the text & email when I set the Appointment and the follow up call when Julian was on his way. 5 star absolutely!

I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. He gave us enough information so that we could make an informed decision. I understand why he has so many 5 star reviews!!!

Cheerful, on-time, competent. Saved the day! Unblocked a closed-from-the-inside garage door and installed the mechanism that will prevent that from EVER happening again. We are going to pay their reasonable bill cheerfully!

WOW! I’m overwhelmed with the service by Precision as performed by the entire company, especially their technician Julian Bacca. The work started 2 hours after we called. It was done promptly, efficiently, and well within the promised timeframe. Julian, before leaving, conducted a thorough safety inspection of his work and the door overall. This was the best home repair experience I’ve had in Pasadena.

I called Precision to look at my garage door and service it. Julian, the Technician assigned, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and gave me several estimates on what was needed. I appreciated the honesty and the time Julian took to answer all my questions before making my decisions. I will definitely call Precision Door Service again if needed, and will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

My garage door opener was beeping?? Julian came out and replaced the backup battery and did a through inspection of the opener and the door. My door is old and it needed some hinges replaced, new rollers and a tune up. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and charming. He quickly identified the problems and fixed them in a very short period of time. The opener has stopped beeping and the door runs smoother and quieter ! Thank You Julian for great work !

Highly, highly, highly recommended Precision Garage door! Julian was here early, worked fast and even took the time go over all the work that was done that was agreed upon. Not to mention he also went above and beyond by pairing my garage to my phone, now I can control it from anywhere! Not even the real estate agent knew that was available. 10/10 would use again!

I always call Precision when I need help with my garage door. They are prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable about garage door systems. They fix it quick with no hidden fees. Julian Bacca came out to fix our door today and was outstanding. He explained what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. He finished the job in less than an hour and I am so appreciative. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Technician Julian Bacca arrived on time and greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on my garage door. I explained my concerns about my garage door, Julian did his inspection and gave me recommendations to consider on fixing now and later. Julian got right to work once I gave him my decision on what to replace . Julian is very professional and knowledgeable in his work and finished really fast with no issues. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door repairs and upgrades.

I had an issue with my relatively new garage door opener and Julian came and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. He was tremendously professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough resolving the problem with the garage door opener. Julian was the one who actually installed my garage door opener last year and he did an excellent job so I was not surprised that he resolved my issue so fastidiously well. We also discussed the need for new rollers for my garage door. He did not try and compel me to purchase new rollers, which I abhor, and he even stated that I could continue to keep my current rollers for the foreseeable future. I ended up having him install new rollers anyway; however, I like the fact that he did not try to coerce me to get them before I truly needed them.

I called Precision because my son, Daniel, told me he had been pleased with your services. So am I. My remote opener was opening but not closing the door. I had checked for obstructions but didn't find any reason for the balky door. Julian checked some things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and the door closed. I have no clue as to why, but as long as it works, I'm happy. Julian gave me three options and I am strongly considering having Precision install a new door later this fall and I want Julian in charge of this installation. I selected "opener repair" as it was the closest item on your list to what he did. Adjusting? That might be closer. Alden Loomis
