Julian Becca was awesome. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first failure of a garage door spring system. I didn’t quite understand why the entire torque master system needed to be replaced with a torsion system. He was patient and thorough with me! Once we talked everything through and we proceeded with service, he was speedy and effective at the service. He took the time to teach me about lubrication of the hinges. Julian is great!

Called before noon to get a quote on a new door to replace a door from the 80’s that matched HOA look and color. Julian came in an hour with a text notifying time of arrival and a resume with his picture. He called when he reached the entry gate before his arrival. Very polite and professional. He measured, verified color and provided estimate. I wrote him a deposit check after he answered all my questions. I was going to get more estimates but he had all the right responses. Julian was professional and corrected the problem, which was a bracket installed incorrectly. This caused the bracket to rub on the cable that eventually broke after scratching the door. The warranty was only six months, and the door is six years old, so Precision charged $325.00 for the repair. Julian deserves five stars. Precision deserves 0, because they don't behind their work.
