William F. is a great technician. He is knowledgeable about the products and services and will not pressure you or upsell. He gave us several options and explained the benefits of each to enable us to make the best decision for our needs. He did clean work, showed professionalism and was meticulous. Finally before leaving he made sure that we understood how to operate our new garage door opener.

Very quick service. I called around 10:15 and Alex was here around 12:45 and had the springs replaced by 1:30. Alex was a nice young man and is a credit to your company.

Your service tech Alex was so friendly and helpful. He arrived on time and did a lubrication service on our overhead garage door. It is once again operating quietly. This was my first time using Precision, and it was a great experience. I will recommend Precision to friends and use them again for garage door service. Joyce W.

I gave your company 5 stars because my husband and I were very impressed with the service that we received from your technician, Jason. We were only available to meet with him for a couple hours and he worked hard to meet our schedule. He was professional and so helpful in helping us decide which door would be best, etc. We bought a garage door with windows, an opener and a key pad. We are happy and can’t wait to see the door installed.

I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door wouldn't respond to the remote. Jason came out and got it working right away. While he was here, we had a back up battery installed since there isn't a side entry door to the garage. He took the time to inspect and service the door, track, springs, etc... to make sure it was all in working order. It now operates much quieter than it had ever before. Jason was an absolute professional. Precision is by far the most professional and courteous business I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Alex Filipovic, our service tech, was fantastic. He is articulate, a nice guy and was careful to ensure a quality job. Our repair wasn't easy, the track got knocked out of alignment and some brackets bent due to a collision with the door. It took some work but he got it back up keeping costs down. Great work!!

Chuck White did an excellent job. Analysed the issue and made a recommendation. Clearly explained the problem. Check working parts and lubricated. Was very informative on the product and future things to look for.

Dan and Kevin came out here early, and did a great job on our two separate garage doors (a three-car garage). They worked very hard and got it about as perfect as is possible. They didn't leave until everything I needed to know was explained to me regarding how everything worked, both the doors and every button necessary to manage them, and also did a fantastic job cleaning up. I was very pleased. Also, they're both very nice, friendly guys.

Absolutely amazing technician, Armando. Since it was a rainy day I took the time to watch a true professional to about his job, it was a well choreographed ballet. Furthermore he was very patient to explain everything about the new garage door opening motor and all of its features. I could not recommend more highly not only for Armando but for precision door service for their attention to a minor service issue the following day. Five stars for everything!

Technician was good arrived on time. It was difficult to try to schedule the installation. Had to call three times and was told one time (at 2 in the afternoon) that the scheduler was gone for the day. On the day of installation the crew was good but they said I should have been told to replace two panels instead of just the top one. They were clean and efficient.

I’m very pleased with the services I received from Alex. After telling him the door won’t close, he checked it & knew exactly what was wrong. He did the repair in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Precision to my relatives & friends.

My installer was extremely professional and efficient. I was satisfied with with installation and overall process, but I was highly disappointed in the overall price of the job. I paid $800 for just a garage door opener and parts that cost no more than $350 retail. This means I paid $450 labor on a job that took about 2 hours. My garage door broke on Thanksgiving. I had to replace it the day after and did not have time to shop around for rates. I feel like the $800 price for just a garage door opener was extremely high.

We had a problem that kept re-occurring and it was really tricky to find out what it was. Victor was so patient --- he tried so many different things, plus he contacted another specialist who gave him suggestions as well. Turns out he had to re-wire the sensors, and now it appears that the problem is solved for good. Victor was very knowledgeable, described what he was doing, and was a great repairman. He was even able to come a few minutes early which really helped our schedule that day.

Armando provided good service. He was professional and up front about the charges. I was happy with his work, but disappointed with the cost of the services. I refused one recommendation to change one of my cables, because I knew the cost of the part, which was small compared to the cost to repair.
