All i needed was to simply program my remote because i forgot how to do it. I was qouted 29 dollars. But when the installer came in 2 hours late. He talked my client into work that was not necessary of 400 dollars. I am highly disappointed by 371.00 dollars of un neccessary work. Watch out they are slick

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jose Perea. Precision had come out a few months ago because the garage door wouldn't open . . . the technician serviced the motor then and got it working temporarily, but warned us it could possibly break again soon. And it did. Jose came out within a couple hours of my call, showed us the problem (broken gears inside the motor), quickly replaced the motor and the springs, which he had in stock on his truck, and got us back in business in no time. While he was here, I asked about installing openers on two doors on our back garage, one of which he did that day, the other motor had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in a couple days later, he was back to install that. He was extremely personable and friendly, his service was efficient and very professional, he programmed all the transmitters including the one in my car, and everything was totally cleaned up when he left. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends.

Tony repaired the tracks on the door that got out of adjustment and checked to make sure the door performed adequately.

Technician was fantastic and finished work in timely manner. Felt bad for him because it was sooo hot today. Very knowledgeable and informative. Only one thing he installed new rollers on my garage door and it was so quiet for first couple of times used opener now is squeaking and making noise. Could you have technician come back and oil or something the wheels. Liked also very much that precision was available on such short notice. Overall very satisfied
