I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Miguel was out here to repair my gararge door within about 12 hours of my first call. He didn't try to oversell me with a new door, which is was I was afraid of. He completed the repair in about an hour, while wearing his mask and taking safety precautions.

I saw a Precision commercial on TV so I called. The experience was pleasant from the beginning. The call center was professional and understanding of my needs. I was given a window time for the same day. Forty minutes before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from Miguel saying he would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived, I explained to him which was a cable and wheel problem on the door. He was very knowledgeable and a extremely hard worker. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or use your service again!!!

My automatic garage door wasn't raising all the way and I gave Precision a call. Miguel M came out and was very respectful of the social distance and PPE requirements. He analyzed the problem and repaired the track alignment, serviced and lubricated the moving parts and it didn't cost a lot. I will call them again when necessary.

Precision is the best! They were a referral from a friend. I called on a Saturday when my door springs broke. They came out within a couple hours and replaced my springs and serviced my door. Precision did an amazing job replacing my old single panel door with a new 4 panel tracked door. Miguel and Colt came out to get measurements and give me the estimate, they did a great job talking me through the door options and reassured me that there would be no issues installing with the minimal head room available in my garage. I was able to get the install scheduled for less than a week later. On the day of install, Javier and Kevin came over with the new door. They were able to get the old door down and the new one installed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Thanks team.

Emergency call for our rental house placed on a Sun and remarkably a real person answered, explained the process and called the tenant to set up next day inspection. Miguel went to the house and diagnosed the problem explaining our old roll up door and pulley/spring system is no longer made. He recommended a new spring system and we also replaced the door and related hardware. Techs came out the next day and completed the work, clean and quick. New door looks and work great. Very satisfied customer. Will use again.

Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job.
