Needed an estimate on a new garage door. Darren the technican even arrived earlier than the appt time. He gave me a few options before changing the whole door. He did not chage any service fee, unlike many other companies out there. I was happy with the service.

As you know, when a garage door is disabled it disrupts your whole life. Precision sent Brian out within two hours. He quickly replaced the cable and made some other suggestions. Basically, we have a garage door opener which has new, lifetime-warranteed parts. It is working better than ever! I would highly recommend this company, though it looks like I won't have to use them anytime soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Precision. I had my garage door spring bust late on a Saturday night, and they were able to respond within three hours of my request made on a Sunday. The technician arrived two minutes EARLY (very refreshing) and did the repair within a half hour. He was knowledgeable and professional, and VERY personable. I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone, and have already told my family members about my experience so they know who to call when the time comes.

Precision offered me a reasonable quote, gave me enough time to compare other companies' offers, and showed the exact quality material they were going to use. They asked only for a 10%deposit to order the garage door, where as another company offered the same quote for a non-insulated door with cheaper quality springs, smaller hinges, and wheels requiring grease and wanted a 50% deposit to order the door.

I was going to call you on Monday to tell you how fabulous the guys who came out to install my door and opener were. They were so friendly and considerate. We have recently had our garage broken into, twice, and they were very understanding of our situation and kind. The technician explained everything about our new opener to me, and they cleaned up everything.
