My situation prevents the installation of a garage door opener without a new garage door, and as a renter I don't want to invest in that for the property owner. That said, Ralph, who came to do the free estimate, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and did his best to consider all possibilities before we realized it could not be done. Should the landlord ever agree to replacing the old wood door, I would definitely give Precision my business.

Great Job! Called Precision for an appointment to repair my garage door, they scheduled me for an appointment an hour later. The technician arrived and was very professional and courteous. Precision came to my rescue! My door was hanging when I came home at midnight. I called in and was scheduled for a technician to arrive in approximately an hour. Sure enough he did and got my door working. It was nice using a professional company at those hours. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!

He did a fine job and did not take long doing it. However, I did have trouble a couple of days later with the door closing. I did call and another person came and explained the problem and took care of it. It seems to be working fine now.
