My garage door wouldn't close properly, so I made a last-minute call to "Precision Garage Doors" (after conducting Google/Internet search). I was extremely pleased to see they were able to come to my home within 2 hours, arrived on time, and Jesus (my Tech) was very polite, explained options I had, and his repairs were performed quickly and professionally. I had options, but deciced to replace my 10 year old springs & rollers, and had some various minor repairs done on my door/motor. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door, and would definitely call them again in the future if I were to have any problems. Brian was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do before he began. He reviewed the conditon of the door at the beginning and said that the door was old, but appeared to be in good order. Upon completon, he explained what he had done and said that he had to add one more part (a bearing) that was missing with my old spring set. He demonstrated how eassily the door now operated with the new springs. I was very pleased with the service.

I picked your company out of telephone book. I called about a broken garage door spring replacement. My appointment was scaled for the day I called. You service representative, Brian, arrived at the start of the scheduled time. He explained that the broken spring and the other spring on the right side should be replaced. He explained the cost breakout of the service call. He replaced the two springs. He also inspected the various parts of the garage door. The two springs on the left side did not need to be replaced at this time.

The technician was excellent. He apologized for not recommending an emergency release during the first installation. We were locked out of the garage with no emergency release. The technician was far more professional than the manager. I ask the tech if I could be compensated for the inconvenience with an additional remote. He clearly explained the inventory policy. It was an inconvenience to the tenant whose car was inside and myself since I had to make a trip to the property.

I am very satisfied with the work Jesus did. His recommendations were right-on. I wish I had used Presicion a few years ago when the door broke last time. The last company refused to offer me a warranty (which should have been a red flag). The door opens much more quietly now. The cost was a bit more that I was expecting, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

A little pricey but the guarantee is for three years and the parts are supposedly better than normal. Martin was fast and efficient. He also replaced the garage door rollers and lubed everything. Overall I am pleased with the repair.
