Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the person who was on call to come to my home between two and five this evening but I don’t appreciate the fact that it cost $590 was just an adjustment that would only take 30 minutes no parts needed ???? Shame!

I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. Alfredo presented me with three viable solutions and he thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation.
