Terrible service. The guy came just to install new motor or doors. Does not even look or find a solution to legacy motors or doors. He broke my legacy motor cover and didn't even get off side stole to check electrical wires or sensors. People on your local yellow pages or websites can fix or find solutions to old legacy motors. Plus you can find someones else that will install a garage motor less then a thousand dollars. No thanks.

Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed plus options for additional upgrades. I chose my preferred option and Alfredo completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation.
