Javier and Steve were very professional and explained set up and care of new garage door well. Dylan was also very professional with his quote for the service provided. This was an overall quality experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend Precision Door Services.

When we lived in Malibu, we were scammed twice by men pretending to be from a garage repair company. They charged exorbitant prices and didn't do good work. Finally a neighbor recommended Precision Door Service and now our worries are over. I will never use any other company. I am totally confident that any technician who comes will be qualified, honest, friendly and fair. Jacob came recently when our door wouldn't close. He fixed the door quickly, straightened parts of the metal that were bent and sprayed all the rollers and joints. My bill came to $99. Precision Door Service is a stellar company that everyone should use.

Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

We had used Precision Door Services before and were satisfied with their services, so when Mike came over (exactly when he said he would), we said we were in his hands. Mike was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, friendly, asked us about our needs and worked with us to meet them. We got a new garage door opener, which he installed efficiently while bolstering the door itself, and he worked patiently with us to sync the opener to our cars and our phones. Very pleased with my choice to call this company for repair, The technician Brandon V. evaluated the repair and was clear about every item to be replaced since my old unit was over 20+ years and was time to replace. He itemized the items and explained everything and work was done within 2 hours. The added benefit was I had to move items/stuff from underneath the old unit that it made me do some purging of stuff especially old appliance boxes that had no use, so now the garage is a bit more uncluttered and new garage opener works perfectly.
