I really, really like Dylan. He is respectful, explains the technical, mechanical, and options for repairs very well. He responded to my questions. Examined every inch of my present garage door. He thought about explained how it all would work. Now I have a new garage door company...Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My garage door is one year old exactly. The original installer would not explain anything to me, He brushed off my questions and comments. He kept telling me everything was alright. He just wanted his money. He was totally disrespectful. Again, I will always go with Precision!

I noticed this morning that my garage door had been open all night. I could have forgotten to close it. When I closed it this morning it went all the way down and then opened back up. I checked the sensors but couldn't figure out why this was happening. I chatted with Precision and I was given a time frame today. Jason called to tell me what time to expect him. Jason was right on time and he was the employee that gave me the quote when I was looking for a new garage door. He is so professional and very pleasant.
