Dylan, the technician who came to fix our garage door that would only close intermittently, was very resourceful and thorough in his approach to the problem. He offered several options, the first was to adjust the safety devises. We chose to go with that one first. He noted a lot of webs in the area of one of the safety devices and said that the sun might be causing the web to appear to the safety device as blocked by an object. He was absolutely correct. He adjusted the safety devices, removed the webs and the garage door now closes with no further problems. Not only was he competent, he was also polite, respectful and nice.

Great service. Second time. First was in 2008 when they replaced several rollers and adjusted spring. Fair price. great job preformed. Based on satisfaction from first job I had them come and .replace springs and adjust. Again another great job. If you need garage door service these are the people to contact.

I couldn’t be happier! Jacob arrived on time, was friendly and incredibly efficient. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, which tells me that the company is honest. My new garage door opener is fabulous! I’m glad I remembered the jingle from your commercials on KTLA! If I could give you ten stars, I would!

Our technician, Anass Iklid, called on us this morning, and was most courteous and professional. Anass replaced both of our aged garage springs -- one was totally broken -- and our garage door is back in proper working order again. Couldn't be happier with the service we received via my reaching out to Precision Door Services. Thank you!

I talked to a few people at the company: first, to set the appointment, next to confirm the appointment, and then with the technician, Jacob. Across the board: 5+ stars. Considerate. Professional. Prompt. Described the garage door springs issue with perfect clarity ... all conversations I had with everyone at the company... everything they said was perfectly clear ... no obfuscation ... and everything was .. actionable (no depletion of cognitive effort), nothing irrelevant (no upsells, no sales pitches), resulting in... lack of dissonance! (I understood everything)... and voila.... perfectly working double garage door, again! Thank you, Jacob! and Team!

My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision since they originally installed it in 2003. The technician, Jacob, was very professional and friendly and explained everthing perfectly. I'm very happy with the results and even got a senior discount!

Precision Door is a thoroughly professional and reliable provider of garage door services. The appointment scheduling was friendly and efficient (next day appointment), confirmation was by both email and text, andthe day of the appointment the technician texted 30 minutes priir to arrival with his picture and a short bio. Dylan was our expert technician, and he was both courteous & professional - clear in the service options for our issues, and completed the work quickly but very thoroughly. We could not have asked for a better customer experience!

My husband paid over $1800.00 for a garage door opener and new spring! (Is this the going rate for servicing a garage door?) He was not given a sales receipt itemizing the items nor was there any documentation of the purchase showing the purchase date or information on whom to contact for warranty service. And, although the opener says 'Linear'. the paperwork says 'NICE'. I'm not sure who services this opener. BTW-the opener has only a small light which barely lights the garage and the remote operates only in a small distance from the door itself.

For decades Ive done business w the Precision Door franchise servicing the West San Fernando Vallay. Ive always been satisfied w the previous franchise and now with the present 19 yr old franchise. They are prompt in showing up, knowledgable in their analysis & installation. They dont try to sell a service that you dont need. Today I had a weather strip bar ( rubber & metal bar) installed and the work was done skillfully by a personable serviceman Jacob McD. Well done and reasonable $.

This is the second time I've had Precision come out. The first time was a new weather seal and today was a storm shield. Dylan did a great job with both. Prices are very good too. I'll call Precision whenever I have another issue!

Hello, great service! From the start when I spoke with your representative to make the appointment. Your technician Dylan Falkengren was great! Very friendly and explained to me in detail the 3 options I had for my repairs. I appreciated the phone call to inform me that he was on his way. Keep up the great work we need more customer service like this in general. Thank You !

Great to do business with, quick & easy. Got an appointment for the next day of calling. Technicion was polite and personable. Explained what needed to be done and provided three cost estimates. Work was done quickly and throughly.
