Our townhouse complex has old-fashioned heavy wooden doors that get saturated with moisture during rainy weather and make it difficult for the garage door opener to lift. Precision sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call. Evan was professional, friendly and had my opener repaired and working better than ever in just a short time. (And he strictly adhered to all COVID-19 protocols, which I greatly appreciated.) I will absolutely use Precision again should the need arise.

Five stars!! I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. I easily and quickly made the appointment online last night through their website chat program, and they sent out the technician, Colt, first thing this morning - talk about fast service! Colt was on time, polite,, knowledgable, and fixed my noisy garage door without a problem. Pricing was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend Precision and use them again without hesitation.

Russ & Trevor were extremely professional plus both have good sense of humor. They called to advise me of arrival time within 1/2 hour of being in the driveway. Russ provided me with a detailed overview of the repair as well as some preventive maintenance ideas that could extend the life of the garage door. We went with those ideas & truly appreciate the guidance. Absolutely 5 Star treatment!

Had a major malfunction with my garage door. Called these folks late on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning. Their technician, Eric, was great. Very knowledgeable of the product and the installation. He worked fast and was able to install an entire new system inside of a couple hours and left the place clean. I'm very happy with the work and the price. I highly recommend!

Erick was prompt in determined what had happened with our garage door, once he was able to opened up, he showed us where the issues were and he also noticed other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once the price of all necessary work was explained he proceeded to start working on the repairs and in less than the estimated time, our garage was working again. He was polite, friendly and efficient.

Needed my Liftmaster replaced after 14 years. Jason arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained the need to replace the unit, sensors, added new rollers, springs and keypad. After 3 hours, the door is now quiet and works great. Highly recommended company.
