Jesus showed to my house during the time frame I was given. We addressed the problem I was having along with a couple other minor issues that may have caused the major one I was having. He gave me prices and let me know he had the parts on the truck and could do the repair while he was there. I agreed and he did a great job in a timely manner.

We have called Precision twice to come to repair our garage door. The first time we had found out the spring had busted. They repaired it quickly and we haven't had any trouble with it. The second repair was for the wood that is on the header. They were quick to come out and fix it. They stand behind their warranty. They are polite and professional and come when they say they will.

Precision did it again! I have 3 doors they came out about 4 years ago and repaired the one and recommend one of the others to be serviced as well. I chose to wait and sure enough it failed me about 3 months later. Now my 3rd door has a broken spring. They arrived proptly and professional as the times before. Its nice to see a company structured well enough to call back 4 years later and have the same if not better service as before. A+++++

I called precision to come see what was wrong with my door and why it wasnt working. I called in and spoke to the office woman and she scheduled for a technician to come out same day. When he got here he inspected the door and showed me what my problem was. He did a great job! I would use Precision in the future

They are the most expensive company I have ever seen. I was quoted $249.00 to replace a broken gear in my Sears opener. They got me for the $49.00 to tell me my gear was bad, which I know from past experience, and $200 for the Gear. For that price I could have saved $100. buy going to Sears and buying a new unit and taking out the gear and have the rest of the parts as back up.

Called Precision to see about getting someone to come out and service my door. They gave me a time slot the same day and said the technician would call when he is in route. The office called about 30 minutes into my time frame and made me aware the technician was running a litte bit behind and would be there in the the next 45 minutes. He arrived as they had told me and was very well mannered and professional. That means a lot these days. Good job guys!
