My overall experience with Precision door was amazing, from the receptionist that took my call(Nicole) to the technician(Miles) that fixed my broken door. Miles had very great communication letting me know when he would arrive as well as what exactly was wrong with my garage door and how he would fix it. He was very attentive to my budget and did only the necessary work to get my garage door back up and running appropriately. I'm knocking off one star, because the price was quite a bit higher than I thought it should be. Loved the service we got from Precision. My mother had used the service several years ago, so when the springs went out on my garage door they were the first ones I called. I even called at about 9 pm. Set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. James arrived and was very courteous. Explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Even gave me the option to upgrade some parts for a better working garage door. I was very happy with the service and will definitely call them if I have any other issues.
