Very pleased with Sergio, the service technician who came over. He was friendly, professional and took time to explain very well all our options. Having used Precision 5 years ago, it was an obvious choice, especially since the previous technician taped the contact info to the inside of the garage door so I could easily find it. Excellent customer service from Ashley in the office to technicians Tony and Stanley. They were prompt, courteous and quick. Really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on repairs knowing that I'll be selling my place soon. The garage door now works and sounds like a dream. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. My next door neighbor was have his garage doors replaced and I asked the Tec. Dan to look at my remote when he had the time. He came to my home and immediately diagnosed that we had a fraying garage door cable which could have been a very serious problem if not replaced. Dan called his office and they sent Tomas in 90 minutes, Tomas replaced both cables and fixed the remote in about 40 minutes and for a reasonable cost too. These guys are the BEST!!! Howard Bergman

Precision was extremely easy to work with on my garage door issue. I live 125 miles from Sherman Oaks where my condo is. A hinge and roller carrier failed Friday. I found Precision online and called. They immediately set up a tentative repair time for Saturday morning. They phoned my tenant ahead, arrived, changed out all the rollers, saving future calls on more failures and tuned up the whole system and were gone in barely an hour and the door works better than ever and is now very quite. All that with a single phone call be me to the right company. Thank you Precision.

Precision Garage Doors (Simi Valley Garage Doors) did an exceptional job repairing one of my garage doors. Their response time was quick and they were extremely professional. They also programmed some new remotes for me as well as programmed the remote feature in three of our vehicles. Victor, the service technician was extremely knowledgeable helpful and solved our problem is with ease. Pleasure doing business with them. Definitely recommend them.
