Definitely a five star rating! Precision and most importantly their technician, Daniel Radcliffe, were wonderful from start to finish. We called on a Sunday at 4:15 pm after a major breakdown on the cable of our old unit. Daniel was able to install a new, far superior garage door opener immediately, haul the old one away, instruct us on the new unit, install a light bulb, and connect the remote mechanism to our cars. Daniel was very informative and his work was exceptional and much appreciated. It was a pleasant and efficient experience from the initial phone call to the completed installation.

Chose Preferred from previous good experience. Mike arrived well within predicted window, and quickly identified the problem with our >20 old opener. He advised the options available, and recommendations to fix. Although surprised by modern prices, his assurance of 'lifetime' guarantee and Precision support made our decision easy. Mike's expert knowledge, professional demeanor, and friendly disposition made his time with us much better than expected. His willingness to work with us, and help from his office made the whole experience one we are happy to share. I know Mike will be there to assist us with any future problems. Great job, and low expectations of problems makes Precision our choice for garage door solutions.

Daniel was early to the appointment and called twice to let me know he was on his way. This attentiveness and courtesy to me set the tone for the actual arrival and work that was done. His explanations of the problem, the solution and the operation of the newly installed equipment were clear and thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know. He offered to calibrate the door opening system in my cars. His last question was whether I had questions. He was quick, efficient, professional and friendly.

The technician was knowledgeable and did not try to hard sell me on what I did not need. He called before arriving so I could be there. Very professional service. My one complaint was that my garage spring had broke on Saturday night. My car was trapped in the studio garage. No technicians were available to help. I had to ask my office manager for a lift home since my husband was working out of town. Not being able to get the help I needed that night, caused me to be without a car, which caused other problems. If your motto is 24/7 service, please be sure to have the manpower to back it up.

Mike came out this morning bright and early and explained what needed to be done to replace a broken spring. He explained why it was necessary to replace them all and then immediately went to work. He was courteous and showed me what he had done, how the door was balanced properly and sprayed all of the bolts in the frame. I was very pleased with your service and more importantly Mike for taking care of this for me. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door servicing.

Over all I am very happy with the entire process . At 1030 am I googled garage door repair , precision was the first on the list. I clicked and called they gave me a 2 hr window 12-2. I asked to make it sooner they said they would try. The rep on the phone was really nice and accommodating, she did say the tech would call me when he was on the way ( that didn't happen , no big deal cuz it was only a 2 hr window ) The tech was on time showed up at 1215 ( tech name Russ) super cool easy going guy gave me all the details of what's wrong with my garage door an what it would cost to fix The price seamed a lil high to me but I really don't know what high or low price is when it comes to fixing garage doors ... My garage door broke on Saturday at 5pm; the entire door colapsed. When I called Precision you sent someone over by 7:30! Amazing response time and on a weekend no less. The technician Joey was outstanding. I could not be me impressed or happier with the service from Premier Garage Door. First, Fidel showed up on time. He was courtesy and knowledgeable. He repaired our roll-up garaged door then I at the last minute I bought and Fidel installed a new garage door opening. All on Sunday! I have found few companies that are as outstanding as Precision. This is how I run my company and I'm happy to see that there are other business owners that take pride in offering superior customer service.
