When our garage door was broken on March 7th. We checked Google and found the Precision Door Service has good reviews. On March 8th Alex F came to our house in the afternoon. First he had friendly and pleasant manner which put us at ease. He fixed the The Torsion Springs and balanced the door in less than an hour time. He was very professional and skillful in his work. I called on Sunday afternoon and Alex was here Monday morning. He installed a new garage door opener for us, replacing our old one which opened erratically whenever it wanted to. Alex was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Could not be happier. Would give six stars if I could. I called for an appointment and was given one for the next day. The repairman called beforehand and asked if he could come early. He arrived exactly when promised. The repairman was very friendly, clean and fixed all my problems in a timely manor.

Was in a panic, the door springs on our garage door snapped and we could not get the door open. I called Saturday morning and was told someone would be out by noon. Someone was there by 9 am new springs installed with a 3 year warranty. Very happy with the service and quick response

Victor came to my house today to diagnose and deal with a problem with our remote garage door openers not working. He very quickly explored different theories, and then asked me if we had any LED lights recently installed. He told me that LED lights emit a signal that can interfere with the remote garage door signals. He then discovered that we had LED lights in the garage door equipment itself, and when he removed the lights the remotes worked fine. I was really impressed with his diagnostic skills and he was so nice. I only was charged a minimal visit fee. I've definitely put Precision Garage Door Service in my data base and that is who I will call for any future issues -- and I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

From beginning (initial phone call with Lexi to schedule service for a lost garage remote), to a follow up call (Lisa), to the actual service (William), the team is 100% on point. Lexi and Lisa were patient, helpful, professional. And William! No words how good this gentleman is: first of all, his arrival was scheduled btw 4-8 pm. At 3:15 he called to ask if he could come early! Unheard of! Turned out our issue was more complicated than we had originally thought - his patience and ingenuity helped resolve the problem super efficiently. Precision Doors is so lucky to have William on their team, and we were lucky to be able to do business with him. Can’t say enough good things... a big thank you to all! If I could add more stars, I would!

I was very happy with William, who worked on the door in the rain. He was professional and personable. He called before he showed up. He rebalanced the door so the rain could not get in under the door. I will definitly have them back on a yearly basis for a service call.

When my 34+ year old garage door opener stopped working last Friday, I went online and found Precision. I made an appointment for the next day. Victor arrived and in fewer than two hours, installed a new opener, new rollers and a new wall unit that included a safety lock-out. He explained everything about the use of my new unit. Also, the new opener is so much more quiet than the original. I would use Precision again and request Victor.

Jason Stanfield was the technician who promptly arrived at my home at about 8:30 a.m. yesterday on February 9th. Within an hour and an half is was able to install new springs and give an overall inspection of the door. The springs had broken and I could not get my car out of the garage. Jason was professional and polite. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needed garage door service.

I had my old door repaired by Precision and it was not successful. Had the installer come back and decided to purchase a new door. This took over a month Two very nice installers arrived and installed the new door. I do hope that all is well and I will use this door for many years.

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for many years. They are extremely responsive and professional. Russ Trumpy and his assistant attended to us today and recommended a new garage door opener as ours was 15 years old and did not have a back up battery which apparently will become a legal requirement on July 1st , 2019. I believe we are all looking for the right company and person to work with no matter what the issue. Mechanic, Plumber, Electrician, Contractor, etc. and once we find them they are golden to us. I now have a garage door company as they surpassed my expectations in every way from the beginning call to the finish result. Technician Russ was outstanding and was passing on his skills to Hurach who was working with him. What I thought was a problem ended up being a minor fix. However, because of the age of my unit I was given an estimate for the future just in case, which I appreciated.
