Have had good service in the past. Had scheduled for a tech to come out 15 January 2019 between 08:00 and 12:00, but no one showed. Called the Santa Clarita office and was told the appointment was for yesterday and no one was available. A tech had left a message on our answering machine yesterday and said he was in the area and could do the service job. Unfortunately no one was home. I rescheduled for Friday 18 Jan. Just need an extra remote. Not a big deal. I understand if a tech was in the area it would make sense to try and complete the job, rather then having to come back the next day.

I gave your company 5 stars because my husband and I were very impressed with the service that we received from your technician, Jason. We were only available to meet with him for a couple hours and he worked hard to meet our schedule. He was professional and so helpful in helping us decide which door would be best, etc. We bought a garage door with windows, an opener and a key pad. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door wouldn't respond to the remote. Jason came out and got it working right away. While he was here, we had a back up battery installed since there isn't a side entry door to the garage. He took the time to inspect and service the door, track, springs, etc... to make sure it was all in working order. It now operates much quieter than it had ever before. Jason was an absolute professional. Precision is by far the most professional and courteous business I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Alex Filipovic, our service tech, was fantastic. He is articulate, a nice guy and was careful to ensure a quality job. Our repair wasn't easy, the track got knocked out of alignment and some brackets bent due to a collision with the door. It took some work but he got it back up keeping costs down. Great work!!

Dan and Kevin came out here early, and did a great job on our two separate garage doors (a three-car garage). They worked very hard and got it about as perfect as is possible. They didn't leave until everything I needed to know was explained to me regarding how everything worked, both the doors and every button necessary to manage them, and also did a fantastic job cleaning up. I was very pleased. Also, they're both very nice, friendly guys.
