Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

The tech was excellent. My problem is that he didn't carry the spring I had, he only carries the most expensive spring. If I wanted the spring I had, it would take maybe up to a week to get it fixed. Why doesn't the techs carry all the springs instead of only the highest price ones. It forces the customers to buy the expensive one. Not happy. I feel ripped off

I called precision door service for the very first time. Great customer service the repair gentleman that came out to my house. His name is Dylan. He was very attentive and he replaced my garage opener, programmed my openers for my cars and explained how the garage door opens and close and any other things that were needed.
