Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

Wonderful service. What seems like a small problem can be very upsetting when you are old and not feeling well. I was very pleasently surprised how quickly you responded and how great your technician, Armando Bacco, was explaining what he was doing. My problem was solved efficiently and at a very fair price. It was time to replace our garage door motor. Julian arrived on time and explained the options I had to choose from. Unfortunately the garage door opener I wanted, would not work because of a beam I have in the garage. The final outcome, he helped pick out the right motor for us and my wife and I are very happy with it.

I have called on Precision Garage Door twice now, once for inspection & repairs and this time, for replacement of the rubber strip that runs along the bottom of my door. Both experiences were a delight. For my most recent call, Julian was extremely courteous, friendly and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He also made a quick inspection of everything else, recommended new rollers for a quieter door but exerted no pressure. He fully understood when I opted to decline for now since there was no safety issue and I'm watching my budget. On both occasions I've had top-notch service from Precision from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'll use them again for future inspections and repairs and I highly recommend them to others!

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.

I have been happy with the garage door since it was installed several years ago. I am very happy about the whole experience of having the door "tuned up" the other day. A gracious young woman answered the phone and set up the appointment. Excellent communication by a human being--a real pleasure in this day and age! The technician (Armando) was prompt, polite and professional, kept me informed of his timeline, explained the work and cost, and called me to say he had not turned the garage light off when he left. I am impressed and grateful!

Armando arrived on time and was polite and professional. He didn't push us to replace anything, but took the time to explain what our garage door problem was, and what we would need to do to repair the problem. He replaced the torsion springs and end bearing plates and the garage door works fine now.

Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed plus options for additional upgrades. I chose my preferred option and Alfredo completed the work quickly and efficiently.
