The Service technician that came out to service my garage today was Sean Hogan, he was a very courteous well mannered very informative technician, my garage door was not working properly due to a malfunctioning that was a result from the prior company insulation. I had one of the cables that pulls the garage door up come off, after Sean Hogan inspection which was very thorough he pointed out things that the other company that installed the garage door unit did not do properly like over tightening the springs putting the mounting brackets in the wrong position and did not having all the screws and nuts tight for the springs which could've caused more problems than what it was. Sean went beyond my expectation and was very thorough by explaining everything that he was doing for me. he also had giving me options on what can be done to correct the problem. I will always rely on Precision to do all my work from this day forward on my garage door unit.

Had follow-up service performed to install new sensors, as the previous sensors were beginning to malfunction. Both the new opener and sensor installations were done in a most professional manner. The Senior Tech, Armando B. arrived as scheduled and was most efficient in the process. He took the time to explain the details of the I installations and provided useful insights on the functioning of the system. Jobs well done. Appreciate doing business with Precision Door Service.

Armando B. arrived with a mask and taking the proper Covid-19 precautions. He explained the process and conducted the inspection or the garage door and subsequent equipment. Armando Then provided information on what items may need repair/replacement, as well as performed the requested service of replacing the garage door opener. After conducting the work, Armando explained how the new equipment operated, provided a tutorial, and ensured the job site was left clean and free of debris. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to others.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Miguel was out here to repair my gararge door within about 12 hours of my first call. He didn't try to oversell me with a new door, which is was I was afraid of. He completed the repair in about an hour, while wearing his mask and taking safety precautions.

Technician Sean H. was a pleasure to work with. He was congenial, professional and communicative. Service call was originally a minor repair however we ended up needing a new garage door motor. Precision is the best! They were a referral from a friend. I called on a Saturday when my door springs broke. They came out within a couple hours and replaced my springs and serviced my door. Our garage door had just broke the day prior to me seeing your ad on TV. What caught my eye about your ad was that you took all precautions when dealing with the current Covid-19 mess. That was important to me. One of your guys came out, gave us a quote, and your team was here the next day to replace our garage door. (Ours was a 35 year old door...the original door that came with the house!) Our new roll-up door is beautiful and works great so far. Your installation crew was professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. And they followed the safe-distancing and mask-wearing protocols, as advertised. Making an appointment was very easy. The technician (Armando Becca) called me in advance that he is on his way. Arrived as scheduled. Explained to him what I thought was a broken sensor but he immediately knew what that actual problem was and informed me that I would have to replace the actual unit. He explained to me the overall cost and he was prepared and had the new unit which he replaced. He said it will take a couple of hours and finished on time. Explained the new unit and clean up after himself, leaving my garage clean. Armando is very professional and friendly and would highly recommend him and Precision Door Service.

My spring tension on my garage door broke a few days ago. I Set up a an appointment with this company. Armando Bacca a technician arrived between the times he was expected. Very professional and respectful. While inspecting my garage door I did not want to pay what he had first quoted me for. I believed it was a bit too much. Armando acknowledging I was a bit strapped on funds and did not want to leave me with a non operating garage door, came up with a few discounts. I was very happy that he was able to come with a lower quote . Then as we continued our conversation, he found out I was a retired veteran, he again began to work his magic and was able to give me a more lower quote! Actually my first quote was $460. With everything said and done, I paid $300 even for the parts ( Upgraded ) and labor! I must say Armando is pro military!!! I love it!!! We need more people like him.
