I could not be happier with the level of service provided by Armando. He was punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and did not leave until after he made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. This is the second job that Precision Door had done for me. I will continue to utilize them for any future needs that may arise.

My technician Armando was amazing. Don't make the mistake I did of calling someone else first. I needed my torsion spring balanced and the first guy I found on Google charged $200, didn't fix it then ghosted me. I called Precision and they installed a new spring to replace my old one, balanced it, and helped me install my side mount garage door opener. He didn't leave until everything was perfect.

Our experience with Precision Door Services of So Calif exceeded our expectations. Your tech ( Julian) was wonderful. Julian was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to fix our garage door ( torsion spring replaced) and did a great job. He took the time to speak with my husband via the phone to explain the nature and extent of repairs and to answer questions my husband had. Julian was great and is a wonderful representative of your company.

It cost me around $800 to replace both springs and end bearing plates. I think it is a bit expense. If I had the time, I would have bought the parts online myself and save me $400 at least.

Precision Garage Door Service of Southern California has an excellent reputation overall. The garage door opener from Precision Garage Door and the technician Alfredo B Castro-Pastora were excellent, both the product and the install. I am looking forward to many years of trouble free performance from my new garage door. Many Thanks.

Yesterday, the spring broke on my garage door and today because I called Precision Garage Door Service, it’s repaired! Senior technician, Armando, was very professional and courteous. He replaced the springs in no time at all. I’m confident that he did a good job and will definitely use this company again for my garage door needs. I will also ask for Armando specifically too. Horrible service, did nothing to diagnose the problem. and charged me $65.99. I asked him how much is the part? and how long would it take to repair the par?

I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car
