Thanks for the prompt and excellent service. The service technician was Chris (not listed on this page below). He addressed the problem, gave me a ballpark figure (at my request) and proceeded to do the repairs. He also made a few suggestions regarding the condition of the doors. He was courteous and not aggressive about doing work that did not need to be done. I appreciate that. I would recommend your services again and in fact can include your contact information on our company referral list if you wish. Excellent service visit. Communication leading up to visit was excellent. My technician was knowledgeable and cheerful. He didn't try to sell my products I didn't need. Gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep my garage door working longer. Showed me where potential problems may come up in the future after a very good inspection. I was very pleased with the call.

Extremely reliable, professional, and competent. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but then again I sent those guys away the service call, grateful to be out only 39 dollars. Then I called Precision. I was grateful for the professionalism and the job was done well.

Jesus came to our home to repair our garage dooe. Broken springs. He was very professional, knowledgeable. informative and polite. He install the springs, lubed installed new rollers and a few other jobs. It was nice to have a professional doing an efficient job.

Well done. Jesus was on time, very professional, nice looking truck and did the job perfectly (and quickly). You have a good business model. I also very much like the on-line photos of the people so that I know what my technician looks like - that is a great touch that no one else does to my knowledge. I only go to you guys for my various garage door needs (be it on my residence or rental properties) and this is exactly why (even if your prices are a tad more than others, and I am not even sure that is true). You pay for service and I got it. WEll done.

The service tech arrived with in the time frame indicated. He was. Outdoes and explained in detail what needed to be done. A bit pricy but needed to get done. The door is working well now and I have one less thing to worry about.

I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up with a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!! He also was great about sharing personal advice and suggestions for maintenance and long-term care, etc. PRECISION IS ON MY LIST "FOREVER" OF WHO TO CALL FOR GARAGE DOOR ISSUES. :) THANKS AGAIN, TONS!

Expectations: 1)The technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem pretty quickly. 2) It would have been nicer if he came earlier, but he did come within the 4 hour window. 3) I guess the price was OK, but it is natural to want a lower price, isn't it? Why Precision? 1. We used this company before. Other: We hope you recycle the 15 hinges which were replaced. This is really for your use, we do not want you to post this online. We are satisfied with the technician and the company.
