The guys were running behind schedule, and they did give me a call, but were about an hour outside the four hour window time they give you, so the scheduling could be a little better. But it was worth the wait. David and his partner ( sorry didn't get his name) installed a new garage door with a new liftmaster opener. They did a very professional install, and explained everything as they went along. They took their time, even on a Friday afternoon and didn't rush or take any shortcuts to finish the job. I think they were at my house around five hours. I'm very satisfied with the company, and the job the installers did. The door looks beautiful. I would use this company again and would recomend them highly. Great job guys....

Tony was early, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Very satisfied with the service! Thanks for the easiest and quickest home improvement fix I've ever had done. Went from an old noisy 1/2 hp chain drive opener to a new 3/4 hp blissfully quiet belt drive machine. Very Happy!

For sure I give Precision a 5 stars rating. The service I received was nothing short of awesome from beginning to end. They replied to the service call in no time and scheduled me on the same day. They sent me confirmation with the name of the technician on his way and a link to his profile. I knew I was waiting for Jaysen. He called to confirm his arrival. He arrived on time with a big smile which exactly what I needed to see after a long stressful day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything, fixed my garage door, inspected the whole garage door and gave me great tips. That was the best customer service I received in a very long time.. Talk about a great example to emulate. I know where to go if I am ever in need for garage door service. I would recommend Precision and Jaysen to anyone and everyone.

Tony P. was extremely friendly and helpful. After assessing the problem, he gave me three options and explained what the original problem was. He quickly took care of what needed to be done in a professional manner. An added plus was that he was friendly toward my dog who just wanted some kind attention.

Tony diagnosed the problem with the main controller and replaced it expeditiously. He then tested all of the systems to insure they functioned. He gets high marks in customer satisfaction.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame that was given to me by the dispatcher. The technician explained the three options that would be available to accomplish the job. The repair/replacement job was done to my satisfaction although I think the total bill was very expensive

In all said when done, I'll give it a 4 star rating. Oct 2014 - Was refer by a friend living in the same complex. Was told the it needs to be replace, can't say price was reasonable but had it replaced. March 2015 - door won't close due to sunlight issue, came in and took care of it. June 2015 - door rolling down faster and landing hard, ended up have a service and replace all and lubricating all hinges as it was not part of the installation back in Oct. I would have thought that while replacing the the equipment, they would also check on it, though that wasn't the case. Sept 2015 - door will not close again, tech came in and said the sensor had tilted down hence door won't close and a service call charge of $50. I ask for a waive of charge, told not possible, while after a few minutes of talking, tech said he'll call the office. Having to leave for a meeting, said I'll pay but under protest and I've also refer my neighbor in the same complex. Finally, I was given a 100% discount. Must having to express your dissatisfaction of service and the fact that I will not use your service again be the course of management? Didn't have to come to this. May they should have someone in service call trouble shoot first before accepting a service call.

When I had problems with the garage door at my current home I remembered Overhead Garage. I was not disappointed. The technician showed up when he said he would. I selected Precision because they installed a Genie garage door opener and all new springs ten years ago and received excellent service at that time. I requested an estimate to replace my current door. The person sent called me bofore arriving. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My first experience with Precision exceeded expectations, though it was an avid referral of a trusted neighbour that connected us. The service, from the return phone call and appointment scheduling, to the timely arrival of the technician to my door, was very good; indeed it was superior to my experience with two previous garage door firms. Excellent service! Called 15 minutes before to say he was on his way.....identified the cable problem, repaired it, tested it. And I accidentally wrote the check for more than the quote. He caught it right away. It's good to do business with capable, honest services!
