I had their company come out because my spring broke on my garage door. They came out within the hour. It was a convenience having not only a local company but a professional one as well. Brian let me know that its best to always replace the springs as a pair because they have the same amount of revolutions on them. I had him replace the set and my door is working great!

It was 10pm at night when I arrived home to find my door off track. I called precision and they picked up on the second ring. I was notified that there was no additional charges for nights or weekends. (Like their website says) The lady on the phone told me a technician would be there within the hour and sure enough he arrived on time, addressed the problem and I was back in business in no time! Do yourself a favor and call these guys!

My situation prevents the installation of a garage door opener without a new garage door, and as a renter I don't want to invest in that for the property owner. That said, Ralph, who came to do the free estimate, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and did his best to consider all possibilities before we realized it could not be done. Should the landlord ever agree to replacing the old wood door, I would definitely give Precision my business.

I called Precision because my door was making alot of noises and sqeaking very bad. The office sent Martin out later that day and he made a few adjustments, lubed the door, and changed out the rollers. My door has never worked so good or this quiet. This company will do well.

He did a fine job and did not take long doing it. However, I did have trouble a couple of days later with the door closing. I did call and another person came and explained the problem and took care of it. It seems to be working fine now.
